Need help, my turn signal on my 328 stops working after a few times; starts again when I start up the car again, then stops working.
Any ideas?? or an electrical wiring diagram I could refer to.
    Thanks

Both left and right signals, or just one?

Consider swapping out with a known-good turn signal relay?

Also - does the actual exterior turn signal light itself on the car stop working, or just the indicator light on the instrument panel?

What happens if, once the issue occurs, you turn on your hazard lights - do you get all turn signals and turn signal indicators?

When it stops working try flipping the hazard switch about 20 times.

If that brings them back it is your hazard switch.

The cheapest fix is to remove the hazard switch and clean with contact cleaner. Be sure to take pictures b4 you remove the wires (maybe label them).
Taking apart the switch is tricky if want to try to fix it without disassembling you can squirt contact cleaner in the openings along with flipping the switch a hundred times (you still have to remove the hazard switch to do this).

    hope this helps.

I used Contact Cleaner by just spraying it down through the switch from the top. Worked great and have not had a problem since. People spray armorall on the center consol and this gets down into the switch and causes corrosion. I just spray armorall on a rag and wipe it on. This keeps the stuff from getting down into my electrical switches. I spray contact cleaner once a month on all my switches and they have never failed since.

Be careful - your hazard switch on the 328 is a push button, while the one on Stephen's 308 is a toggle switch. Disassembly/cleaning may vary.
