Keith Collins Style of floor mats

Several years ago, there was a style of floor mat that you could buy that were made by Keith Collins. The mats were sculpted and high quality. I know that Keith Collins is no longer making mats, but is there a source where i can get similar style/quality of floor mats?

 

i talked to keith as recently as few wks ago about making floormats for my Lambo and he was still in biz.....unless something transpired as of late.

There is a guy on ebay named Vartan (look up ferrari floor mats). You need to email him and tell him you want the die cut mats that he makes (not the stuff he is selling on ebay) In my search for mats it is the closest I have seen to the KC mats in looks and quality. I bought a set and they are great and he is a nice guy to deal with. They are also priced a bit less than the KC mats which makes them a really good value.

 

Keith made mats for my new F430 two weeks ago. A great guy!!

He made mats for my Testarossa last April. Tan with a red cavallino rampante and red piping. Awesome quality, I love how plush they are. Kinda pricy but definitely worth it in my opinion.

Would you explain die cut mats. Also his mats do not have holes for the floor anchors to fit through, is that correct?

anyone know where to get the floor mats with the rubber heel pads (drivers side & pass. side)..rather than purchasing the entire carpet? I know re-originals has had the heel pads on back order for some time now..maybe I'll get my own pads made & sell the carpet pieces!

 

The Keith Collins mats don't have rubber heel pads. Maybe you're referring to the OEM carpets?

Check with Daniel (Ricambi, a sponsor here) or T. Rutlands. They might have them or be able to suggest where to find them.

The best source for high quality floor mats to your spec is from Greg Calo (GCalo on Fchat) Greg just completed my mats he worked with me on the spec and sent a picture when complete they are fantastic. Give him a PM

I am referring to the OEM carpet set. I just need the carpet w/heelpads..the rest of my carpet is fine...anyone else in this position?
Seeing them back ordered on re-originals leads me to believe there are others in the same boat. But like I said I really don't want to buy a complete carpet set..

 

I'm in the same boat as well. I would very much like to get just the OEM driver and passenger side carpets....

Ok..well I'm thinking about getting the heel pads made & have a shop sew them onto wool, just like the OEM..of course this will be for a 328..am I outta my mind?..maybe make some extras?...

I actually have some of his mats and sent him an e mail he never responded ! the yarn is synthetic the colors are not colorfast and mine bled ! the Persian carpet cleaning specialist told me Mr. Collins mats are of an atrocious quality! So it inspired me! am going to have similar mats made ( shall we call them Keith collins replicas or tributes ? LOL ) mine will be made of genuine wool so they can be cleaned! ( and will truly last a lifetime ! ) the colors will be individual yarns ! not spray painted on and they will be handmade by a family in the third world who does awesome craftsmanship and we will deal directly w/ them so it will be a fair exchange type of sales w/ a guaranteed sale price to the makers and a great deal for the buyers ! send me some artwork i'll get a quote! i'm planning to start w/ F430 mats ! here;s some of mr collins mats ! I bought some of the mats used (see photo ) apparently. he is an artist of some renown and there is a market for theses as ART! I googled Keith Collins and it said Ferrari chat to my surprise! so I read/posted! I just needed some mats but when I got them I realized how crappy they were! so I researched and found I could get like 10 +orders of magnitude better made! so please show me a design you think is cool, attractive, handsome something you would want in your car! thx I can have it made! and for less than his work.
