Arizona State University, BS Business Administration, graduate in May.

Full-time student, musician, job hunting in California and Arizona.

Job relation to my degree isn't relative right now. Like I said, trying to find a job for a steady income before I decide to start my own. However, I want to get into a musical instrument company. I'm also looking at action/extreme sports companies. Otherwise I'll settle for a "regular" corporate job.

Don't own one. Not until I get a house and a steady life going. Maybe a Maserati before an F-car.

what university did you attend, major, masters/undergrad/phd?
I started at Ole Miss (Univ of Mississippi) in 1989 as an Accounting Major but graduated 10 years later from Univ of New Orleans (UNO) with a degree in History. No, I didn't intend to be on the 10 year plan and it wasn't all fun and games. I transferred to UNO after two years at Ole Miss for financial reasons and hated UNO so much I dropped out. Short version of the story...in 1995 I was fed up with customer service type jobs and committed myself to school. I worked full-time and returned to UNO part-time finishing undergrad in 1999. The following semester I entered the MBA program and finished that in 2002 with a Finance concentration.

what do you do for a living now?
I work for a real estate developer, my business card says "Project Manager - Finance". Our niche is public/private partnerships helping to revitalize urban areas primarily thru the restoration of historic buildings into apartments or hotels.

what you do for a living today, is it related to your college education at all?
MBA - absolutely. Undergrad in History? Sort of b/c it helped build my appreciation for the past but if I had it to do over again I'd like to do something along the lines of construction science. It bothers me that I'm in real estate development (and enjoy it) but know nothing about the actual construction process.

was your ferrari financed? did you save and purchase it outright?
Financed...I used a credit card for many purchases of the 1:18 variety. When the time comes for a 1:1 model I hope to pay cash.

Highschool education. I run an online weight loss business started in 2005.

Saving up for house in 300-450k range, trying to build credit. Goal for house is August. I know it's really soon, but I want to pressure myself. Right now I'm working toward $1000/day profit, and I'm almost there.

Current car is a 2003 Nissan 350z with NO mods, financed and 50% paid off.

I'm probably going to switch for a Lexus GS350 this winter, but will be looking to finance a 360 spider next year.

    I am 21 years old.

Currently owner of a small financial planning firm in WI.

It is related, but not as much as you think. The technical side is relatively easy, managing expectations and odd client personalities is the real key.

No Ferrari for me, my XJR suites me fine for now. I have a lot of other priorities currently, but at some point I hope to own one.

I will graduate August 10 from Texas A&M University in College Station.
Degrees: BBA-Accounting and MS - Accounting (Taxation). I am basically what they call "PPA" where you work on your undergrad and grad degrees at the same time. So I'll walk across stage once, but get 2 diplomas.

Occupation: Looking for jobs. Not sure if the whole accounting thing is right for me. I have heard 2/5 college grads never use their degree.

No Ferrari yet. Probably never will have one.

Degree: University of Idaho - Finance major, Music minor (80% of a Music: Performance major completed though). Graduated this last May.

Occupation: Currently, I'm getting a business off the ground. The conservative forecasts are looking very good... :)

Relevance to degree: It is related to my field somewhat as my Finance degree has provided a good "base" knowledge for running a business.

Ferrari? No Ferrari yet, but I do plan on owning multiple Ferraris in the future.

    Age: 22, almost 23.

    3) Zero correlation between what I do now and my education. It does help you to stay focused on completing a goal and gives you time to mature. It does nothing for the most important business skill of all - relationship building.
    4) I will buy my first Ferrari cash - and when I can afford to buy 20 of them. I'm too busy using my money to make me more money at the moment.
