60th Anniversary Run on Saturday - Who's in?

What time? What place? I would love to come but I have to do 50 million things which include:

1) A rally
2) Picking out countertops (dont ask)
3) John Digweed (which you all are more than welcome to come to).
4) Something else around dinner I cant remember.

 

I may be in at the Tavern on the Green in the morning to see the 60 Beautiful Ferrari's leave from the start. Any members here one of the select chosen ones to drive on this FNA organized drive?

What is this run about? Did not hear about it.

 

What is the route of the Central Jersey run? I hope it is not Route 1.

So I guess this is an invitation only type of thing? Just having a Ferrari doesn't grant one entry?

Is anyone going on the drive? I'll most likely be at the start in NYC.

This is an invitational event put together by FNA. FNA selected 60 special cars to celebrate Ferrari's 60th Anniversary. You will see some enzo's there most likely and the great vintage cars of the past. It will be a two day event with the drive ending in Washington D.C.

It will be starting in Central Park early in the morning. I am sure there will be great photo opportunities and times to get up close with some pretty cool stuff. I think this is part of the week as much press will be in town for the NYIAS

Thanks Evan. I hoped to maybe take a peek and a few happy snaps (pictures while drooling on my camera) as they entered DC. I just don't know if that's possible or where the DC endpoint is.

I don't know where the ending point will be. I would suggest you either call one of the closer Ferrari dealers. Maybe Algar?

Ferrari's are leaving at 10:45AM.

 

End Point is 6:00PM at the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC.. Address is: 3000 Whitehaven Street, NW. Only invitated guests will be allowed in but I guess you can take pictures as the Ferrari's enter.
