Is she really that repugnant? You mentioned that she and your ex-fiancee are getting along great. Dude, pornos start off like this. Forget evicting her, the next time the three of you are together start off with something like "I've been thinking a lot about this ladies; I know I've been somewhat difficult about our current situation, but can't we all be friends now." Then gently put your arms around the two of them and lead them to the bedroom.

If it doesn't work the first time, try again later in the week, but severely intoxicated and sans pants.

    **UPDATE**

I know some of you were interested in how this situation might end. Heres the story :)

About a week ago I noticed some charges on my credit card that seemed unfamilar... total of about $700 over the past month. So I asked her if she knew anything about them. She of course denied any knowledge.

I called the company yadda yadda and found out it was used with my pin ( bank atm/CC) so there was no signature to check out. Hmmm... the card is in my wallet..so its not stolen. Its pretty obvious whats happened here as she knows I dont check my accounts very often. Bad habit of mine.

SO I confront her and she denies it until finally she cracks.. you ever see that look in someones eyes..like a switch has been flipped and theyve lost all sense of reality ? She starts screaming about how Ive screwed her over and manipulated her heart ( we've NEVER had any kind of intimacy beyond friendship ) and I owe her big time for everything Ive done, including not buying her a car when I knew she couldnt get a job because she didnt have a car and money wasnt an 'issue' for me...etc...

    Im 6'1" 225 lbs and shes about 5'5 160 lbs..and "I" was afraid of her..she was insane.

So I tell her she has to leave and she says she'll start looking for a place. I say 'no' we've been through that before..you need to leave right now. She wont. She tells me she's already called the police dept and learned that I cant just throw her out that she has right of residency so I need to evict her.

Well I dont want to wake up in the middle of the night with the crazy chick hovering over me with a knife so I have to figure out a way to get rid of her 'right now'. So I quickly fabricate a lie off the top of my head about how , yes, its true that the police wont remove her and she has right of residency in their eyes. BUT that the Marshals will remove her unless she can show either proof of a rental agreement and payments or a bill coming to my address with her name on it ( I know she doesnt have any ). Its a total bluff but Im a pretty decent negotiator.

She gets that look in her eyes trying to figure out if im bluffing then counters with the ' Ill call the cops and tell them you raped me and physically abused me" . To which I reply " Well theres not going to be any physical signs/proof of either of those things and ( picking up my video camera) I will video tape you from this moment until you leave to show that if you do have signs you did them to yourself.

She says they'll still take me to jail on her word..to which I agreed. I then said yes..I will spend the night in jail and when I get out and theres no evidence for your claims I will spend whatever is necessary to put you in jail for a very very long time for credit card fraud.

She stared for a few minutes silently and finally said she'll leave right now if I give her $1000. I said fine...go pack your things.

So I gave her the cash and called a cab and she left..that was three days ago.

Hows that for a story ? lol

Holy freaking cow Batman!! That's quite a story.

I assume all locks and means of entry have been changed and secured? What about a restraining order?

Crazy how some women are so willing to work the system like that.. My ex used to threaten the same sh*t (even though I'm probably one of the most mellow people you've ever met) and basically I just had to sit back and let it go. The irony is that she was more physically abusive than any girl I've ever met.

Hope she stays gone.. I bet that you will end up seeing her again once that 1k is done though.

I hope you cancelled your credit/debit cards! I'd just about guarantee that she has those numbers written down somewhere. If I was in your shoes, I'd cancel every card I owned and get all new ones issued. This whack job will take every dime she can squeeze out of you, so be very careful.

Yes, cancel that card and any others she may have seen or used!

Based on my very limited experience with this kind of thing, I would recommend getting a restraining order as mentioned, and if it's granted, and she breaks it even ONE time, TURN HER IN. Don't let her think you are being weak by being nice. You're holding the cards now.

    hey everyone.

Yes I changed the locks that night.. she has a bunch of crap in my garage so I havent seen the last of her.. she'll eventually contact me to get it but I WILL NOT let her in the house. I will have some friends come over and we will carry it out to her vehicle.

I've been dealing with the cc companies which is the biggest PITA of all time... but yes has to be done.

Only thing I didnt do is get a restraining order because I knew she would have to come get this stuff.

Heres the kicker..I forgot this part in my last post.

because she knew I was winning this battle she pulled out her 'ace' to at least hurt me in some way as she was leaving. She told me to go to a particular myspace profile and check it out.

So what do I find ? Its my GF's 'secret' profile and it only has two friends on it. One is the crazy chick I just threw out and the other is some guy...and it didnt take much detective work to find out that basically whats been happening is the crazy chick introduced my GF to this guy and theyve been having an affair for a while now.

Of course I havent been able to get in touch with the GF since the night I the crazy chick out....

Its like a freakin soap opera that Ive been oblivious to because Im generally a very trusting and caring person.

Interesting. For a grand I'd of had her sign a mutual release so that she can't come back on you in some way and or try to blackmail you in the future. She's definitely nuts. But, I'd suggest being a better judge of character so that you prevent this stuff from happening again. I clearly see mistakes made that led up to this disaster. Good luck with things here on out.

Wow, this is quite the story!

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=144637

From one F-chatter to do that to another, is just plain cruel and unusual punishment!

Ok, jokes aside. Its a lesson learned. I kicked a friend out to take in another friend of mine in that was more desparate. It ruined our friendship but at least I found out the extent of how strong it was, though not inexpensively.

If you're not blood, blood of one of my friends, hiding out in fear of your life/retribution, sick, or on vacation just passing through, you're putting out if you're under my roof. Those are the rules. Likely your girlfriend was "turned" when you took in your guest and set the precedent this was how it was going to be.

If my girlfriend was living with me, to have another girl move in would have meant someone was moving out. Wouldn't that be the reaction in most cases? A sticky situation for all the WRONG reasons.

You got your nuts back, keep them guarded and go find a new box!

Jerry, it looks like you killed two birds with one stone. What a relief to get out of this soap opera. You must feel as though you have had a great weight lifted off of you.

Yeah Ive heard that a lot recently...

Thing is with the GF..well Im 38 yrs old and shes the only person Ive ever been in love with... I spent most of my life playing the field as the happy single guy. This chick came into my life and was like a lightning bolt...so I was very much caught in the 'love is blind' thing. But I dumped her today.

As for the friend who was staying with me...we were very close friends for years until she 'moved in'. I had some deep discussions with some friends about her past few days and we came to the conclusion this 'friend' has been in love with me for years and has used my lack of recirprocation as fuel for resenting me. Im fairly 'happy go lucky' dude and I just didnt see it.

Why didnt I get her out sooner ? I want to believe the best in people and that she was going through some personal issues and inadvertently taking it out on me. I thought she would change back to the person I was friends with and everything would be cool.. I dont make friends easily so when I have one I dont like to give up on them.

Unfortunately I know too well that sometimes you do have to give up on people.

Did your girl admit to cheating? It's possible the psycho girl made it up to ruin your relationship. "If I can't have him, no one will" It's happened before.

    Bull****.

    This whole thread is bull****.

38 and still swept in by High School level bull****? This whole thread is a pile of ****.

No human at 30-31-32-33-34-35-36-37-38 would be worked over like that, not a single one. I'm guessing imaginary drama + imaginary soap opera +whatever - the bull**** here.

And if you are 38 and got worked over that hard, quit jerking off in your grandmother's sock.

You must live a very sheltered life if you think this is too hard to believe.

I have no idea what " jerking off in your grandmothers sock' means...im sure its an insult. If it makes you feel like a man to throw insults then kudos for you.

My posts here through the years( and those who know me ) can easily prove that Im a successful and levelheaded business owner who doesnt subscribe to hyperbole.

Anyway..this thread is done. A lot of posters were very helpful giving me ideas on how to handle the eviction. A cheating GF is nothing anyone here hasnt been through and no reason to continue to air that dirty laundry. I only mentioned it because it directly related to the eviction of the friend.

Its Saturday morning and time for a top down drive.
