Why aren't you guys open on Sundays? I would expect busy people to buy a "sunday driver" on weekends?
Quickly came to the realization today that an M6 without winter rubber is totally useless...would have been comical if not for the street lamp I nearly hit early this morning...damn. Saw some crazy driving this morning, guess I wasnt alone being caught off guard. Glad I didnt have the 430 .. Be careful this weekend
BMWs + no winter tires in anything but dry/mildly wet roads = RUN!!!!! But seriously, don't get your right foot too heavy and you should more than okay in today's weather . Now pure winter, that is a whole new ball game. I lucked out, the roads were pretty dry by noon so I was alright. But damn, I need new rotors and pads ASAP. Can't keep taking this gamble much longer...
My Pzeros on my Lexus this morning were a mess as well. I think my traction control light was on permanately today. The traffic lights is what annoyed me today, all green but the cars were parked in traffic. Oh , what a day !
The problem is that once you move from something like an M3 to a high horsepower car like an M6, everything changes. It can be a completely dry day, but if you've got performance summer tires on and the temperatures are below 10C you can easily lose it with a heavy foot. The colder it gets, the worse these tires perform, particularly when you're pounding out > 400rwhp. If you're going to be driving it in cold weather, winter tires (or at least non-performance tires that perform well in cold weather) are a MUST.
^Right, this little cold spell just came out of nowhere. Most of us figured winter was over and done when we had that week with temps in the mid-teens. The good thing is, there's been very little - if any - accumulation from this last attack from winter.
I spotted a red 360 coupe at the Barrie YMCA a few weeks ago while picking my wife up at the gym; dealer plate on the back and lots of scratches on the car - bad buff job. Chris
The busiest of people are able to come in during the week, also I don't know of any other dealership thats open on Sundays; and we obviously do not have as much volume.

That's funny, I see Lamborghini in that post, but not on the podium on Sunday... Oh, silly me, they don't even have a race team!
