Shumi was always getting around Alonso last year through the pits. 10sec is hard to make up but you never know something else might happen.
Lewis's rear end of the car is slipping and sliding a lot. kimi looks kinds struggling to overtake him. dun let FA run away with this...
with 2 stops and having to run both compounds (stupid rule) Alonso has a 12.6 lead and can pit and come back out in front - this is not good for Ferrari
Massa needs to go ahead and get his rear end around Heidfeld if he wants a legitimate shot at a podium. Maybe Kimi's hurt engine is keeping him from being too bold with Hamilton.
But Schumie was the best driver ever, not the same Ohcourse Im not factoring in other things happening, but if nothing happens Alonso has won.
Exactly what I was thinking. Its only the 2nd race and Mclaren hopefully still has a problem. Though seems likely that they are good to go.
The only thing I could see happening would be the hard tyres giving McLaren trouble while they are better suited on the Ferrari. I haven't been following lat times vs. compounds close enough to know if this will actually happen or not.
And this of course comes back to the current pts system, Kimi coming 2nd is only a 2pt penalty, soo really not that bad for Ferrari(if kimi indeed comes 2nd). Lewis will be taken on the pitstops and Alonso wont be challenged and another epic battle that could of happened at the front ruined thanx to stupid rules.
