are a constant surprise to me, Thanks alot for all the great comments, some I agree with totally, some I'm not sure about but all are welcome.

I'll try and answer some of the questions/Comments -

Steve - Keep it it as you Desktop as long as you like, when your bored, I'll post some more...

Boxer is still on my shopping list, I just need to find the right one...Maybe watch this space ?

F360CS - There is no such thing as an X-Pack really, it's more X-Spec and it refers to the Series V Vantage of which 137 were made, They were fitted with the 580 X Engine, which produced 20 BHP more but nearly no extra torque, than the 580 Engine and it moved that power much further up the rev range and made them a pig to drive around town. Mine is a Series IV of which only 94 were built.

Alex - Splendid car, Shame about that DB 4, But then again that's what they were really built for !

Mark - Already have the Database in hand, Data is harder to find but that's waht makes it so much more interesting, The factory is VERY helpful so is AMOC.

She is in great & original condition, which was important to me in my search, The colour, (Royal Cherry) is rare to, Only 4 were painted this colour out of the factory.

Thanks again guys - I'll keep you posted.

I had one of those cars for exactly one day. - A factory converted Vantage with the flip tail, V-8 5spd, and Webers. I had a guy insist on buying it before I took delivery, and I did not argue.

They are very big from the inside. The ride was too soft for me. They are very kewl looking !! It seems like an English version, of the Mustang Mach 1.

the royal cherry is w/o question, my favorite color. it is stunning on an aston and could not look more elegant in an "i can so kick your azz...and quess what...i don't even need to take off my dinner jacket either"!!!!

i regret not pulling the trigger on the vantage flip tail w/ 5sp some years ago. i would still own it today!!!!
