The picture is a little deceiving. The jack stand is under the frame, about 3-4" in from the edge of the body.

I'll wait for you to post more definitive pics Pap as I am paranoid about jacking the rear end after my previous debacle attempt. I am comfortable with the front end - the jacking point is just behind the point where the front of the door joins the front guard.

Did you get an 'after' picture (ala Gallagher). Drop it quick! A watermelon is traditional, but Zip wax is an okay substitute.

There you go! Thanks mate! Thats exactly how I jacked my car up 3 days ago. Jack point under the rear lift point. I placed the chassis stands under the front lift point and the engine cradle. :) Safe, easy and quick. :)

Thanks mate, great pics, but can you show us a pic of the exact jacking point under the car where the jack head fits.

lol on the bottles, and that jack looks exactly like my Craftsmen one with a lifetime warranty and maybe even for less. I swear brands mean little these days, lol.

Dont worry mate, I have 4 hard plastic wheel chocks. I think I lent them to a friend, because I could not find any of them when I took those pics that day. :)
So the 2x4 was the next best thing at the time....... :p:p
