    my car will get a strad stripe and paintsheild paint protection next week after a couple of paintwork touch ups. Question is I'm undecided to have the stripe fitted under the paintsheild or on top of it???

    Any of you guys done this pls???

    Under it mate. The vinyl gets chipped otherwise. My old strad had only half bonnet protection and the exposed part of the stripe took a few chips. The bottom half remained perfect.

    Dont get stripe, thats just my advice, i prefer it without.

    This is what I am thinking, if its over at least the option to remove the stripe is still there.

    You have to have a stripe otherwise it is not a proper Stradale. Plus they look SOOOOOO GOOD.

    I would go under the Paint shield if it were mine.

    Surely the film will only be on the bonnet so the rest of the stripe will be on the paintwork anyway, so you may as well have the stripe under the film on the bonnet.

    yeah, the film is just on the bonnet, but say IF I did wanna remove the strip, I could if it were on top of the film......desicions desicions :D

    How are you anyway Steve this fine morning?? I hear CS are banning folk like its going out of fashion??

    Why not put the stripe ontop of the film and then have some film ontop of the stripe too?

    ..right i am off to sit in a corner and think about that one as i have confused myself with my own nonsense...

    Yes you could but it wouldn't be the case for the roof and rear panels.

    I'm very well thanks mate, bet your like a kid on christmas morning :D and so you should be as well :D Enjoy the Strad mate it's deffo more your kind of car than the Spider(as nice as that was)

    Stick it on under the paint shield and drive it. they look better with them imho and if you like it then do it......

    I will have the best of both worlds....my mate Mark has brought my Spider so it lives in my garage, and I have the spare keys so the choice will be mine..ummm....shall I take the Strad or the Spider today..:D:D:D
