Power Steering Question

Ditto ...that is why the archaic expression of "man's car" refers to a Daytona. Oh, don't forget the clutch too. Just wires, no power assist etc. If you feel these are drawbacks, then you should stick to the "modern" Fs. Nothing wrong, just different directions. Once you try the old fashioned way, you'll be infected pleasantly. Jimmy

 

Very true Steve but no one ever accused a Daytona of being nimble. Great car and for the 60's a good chassis but by modern standards the steering and suspension are somewhat connastogaesqe.

 

I have tremendous respect and admiration for many vehicles. My favorite period is prewar luxury and sports cars but all need to be viewed and judged by the standards of their period.

Factoring in my poor spelling it would mean "like a covered (Conestoga) wagon". Please also factor in my sense of humor. I really do like Daytonas. Broken steering wheels and all.
