nooo, the guy in this phantom is a much older guy, i think storch is in either his late 20's or early 30's...
I spent a few hours in as a pampered passenger in a Phantom when I was staying at the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong earlier this year. What a car........wow. They have 14 of them, all green on tan. I would never buy one but its the best limo around, hands down. I prefered it over the Maybach I had the chance to drive in when in NYC.
