He has a big parking lot and can easily section off a part for only Fcars. Great place, excellent food, easy to find, and yous will LOVE the logo he uses for the resturant! As a bonus my wife would be thrilled to go back to where we had our first date.

Birdman brought up a 'lunch drive' idea last weekend, is Giorgio's still interested in hosting some folks? Can you check with the owner?

I like it! Don't schedule it for during the Montreal GP because I'll be in Montreal!

    Birdman,
is there a caravan going to Montreal? Bighead had mentioned he had a group going but it sounded like it was a done deal with his plans. I would love to go up with the 355 and wouldn't mind going up in a group. Thanks

Count me in! I'm going up to Montreal again this year and I will be bringing my 355 F1 spider along. Would love to drive up with more Fcars!

The Heritiage Plantation Museum offers enough things to do to keep the wives and kids happy too.

Carousel and windmills for the kids, walking tours of gardens and museum buildings for the wives.

Easy to get to right over the Sagamore Bridge.

I have been to this event and it is about par with the Larz Anderson events just bigger because it is a multi marque event.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the NHIS Vintage Festival. It's next weekend, May 18-20. Vintage racing around the road course and a concours d' elegance on Saturday. I haven't been for a couple of years but am planning on it this year. I seem to remember the ride down Rte 4/9/202 was pretty good.

It was a very low key concours compared to Greenwich or Castle Hill (maybe due to the rain in 2004). Not too many Ferraris in attendance but a nice event nonetheless ;) .

And of course there is the Memorial Day sports car races at Lime Rock. Rolex GT series, Grand-Am Cup, and World Challenge Touring car.

Sports and Imported car show @ Lime Rock on the 27th. Anyone else going?
I am bringing my SC to this event. Porsche and Ducati are the featured marques. Here is a link with pictures of Euro SC (same year as my gt4)

Hope to meet up with other Fchatters there.

I'm going, and planning on driving the Mondial. My wife is planning to fly up with our son (hence, I need to take the 4 seater). However, this is all dependent on her getting a flight. Airfare to Montreal from Boston is ridiculous ($400 a seat) so she is not sure whe wants to pay that much for a 45 minute flight. If we all end up driving, I'll be taking the minivan. :(

However, if it all works out with the Ferrari, I would love to meet up and do a caravan. Maybe we should start a new thread. Perhaps Dennis will let us in on his caravan and we can all hook up?
