How can you be so inhuman ?

 

It's an ugly world in every sort of way, why this news story was supressed as it was is beyond beleif. I learned of this story surfing around YouTube, this seems to have hit a nerve with a certain group that adorns themselves in white sheets. It's just indescribably awful.

 

Wow. I am surprised that this wasn't a major story. I don't think it's as easy to dismiss as a racial issue, because this is an incredibly savage account. If it hadn't happened 4 months ago, I'd say wait and see. But now what?

 

Bigotry is alive and well in the Black race. Al Sharpton and Rev. Jackson will be silent on this because it will call attention to the basic fact that some Blacks are responsible for contributing to the level of racism in this country.

The basic fact that racism is not being stamped out is not a white issue, it is everyone’s issue regardless of color.

We can only hope these folks find their fate sealed with their trials.

 

I would suspect there's truth to the Snopes account of why this didn't receive more attention. The story is definitely a "hot potato" and the main stream media probably didn't want to fan the flames. These animals will get theirs.

 

All of them deserve the death penalty and I am normally against it. Killing someone is one thing, but torturing and depriving them of any respect that they have is just less than human, now those animals need to get a taste of their own medicine.

 

It goes without saying that if buffoons like Al and Jesse ever get wind of this, they'll just say the criminals are the "true victims", of society that is. I'm also sure that the five sociopaths are all card holders.

District Attorney General Randy Nichols has not indicated whether or not he will seek the death penalty, but he does say the state will seek conviction for all charges filed in a 24-page indictment from the Knox County Grand Jury.[10]

The five suspects, all African-Americans, are:

* Lemaricus Devall "Slim" Davidson, 25, (b. June 13, 1981) faces a total of 46 charges. Davidson was indicted on 16 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts of premeditated murder, 2 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft. Davidson had completed serving a five-year sentence in Tennessee on a previous felony conviction for carjacking and aggravated robbery on August 5, 2006.

* Letalvis "Rome" Cobbins, 24, (b. December 20, 1982) faces a total of 46 charges. Cobbins was indicted on 16 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts of premeditated murder, 2 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft. In 2003, Cobbins was convicted of third-degree attempted robbery in New York state. He and Davidson are brothers.

* George Geovonni "Detroit" Thomas, 27, faces a total of 46 charges. Thomas was indicted on 16 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 2 counts of premeditated murder, 2 counts of especially aggravated robbery, 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft.

* Eric DeWayne "E" Boyd, 34, arrested in connection with the fatal carjacking, only faces federal charges as an accessory after the fact. He was not indicted by the Knox County grand jury.

* Vanessa Coleman, 18, was arrested by police in Lebanon, Kentucky. She faces 40 Tennessee state charges. Coleman was indicted on 12 counts of felony murder growing out of rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 1 count of premeditated murder (of Christian only), 1 count of especially aggravated robbery (of Newsom only), 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft.

 

The L.A. Times a couple years ago did a study on race tied to violent crime and the results were/were not shocking. I'm sure it was all "justifiable" by the "reformist" types.

I cant imagine what those two people went through. I cant believe there are people in this world that would do something so brutal like that. They need the same thing done to them.

Ill hold back what I want to say......

 

One certain thing about the death penalty. They won't ever do it to anyone again!

 

Bring back hanging, drawing and quartering. Just for them. I'd pay to watch, and enjoy my popcorn all the more while I watch.

 

I just want the government to bring back old fashion public court house hangings, let anyone else thinking of performing any type of murder to his fellow man understand the dire consequences.

It's funny you brought this case up because I can bring up hundreds of examples of black against white hate crimes that never made the national news, was downplayed by the local news, and were never given hate crime status (which would have if races were reversed).

Two mentions I will give is, remember the Byrd dragging case in Texas? You do know that there were two different cases in which that was committed against whites right? And they were cases where the whites were specifically sought out. Do a search, you may be shocked at what you find.

 

They all should be fried. Tortured and then fried. Let's hope.

Well they should have a grand old time in prison. The families of the victims have to be going through the worst kind of hell possible right now.

 

Sickening story. What makes it worse is as others have said if the races were reversed you would have Sharpton and Jesse all over the news marching all across the country speaking out on how it was an obvious hate crime. Just as they did in the Duke case with no evidence. Apparently you can only commit a racially motivated crime in this country if you are white.
