Congratulations - awesome car. You will love it. I think the RS will be quicker around the track than the CS. Doesnt mean that you will like it more - though. Each to his own. I think I would take the RS by a smidge..

You guys see the Boxster in the latest Panorama with this color scheme (orange and black)? I guess Porsche is going to sell a limited edition model or some such. Anyway, getting a wild hair to have my RUF 3600S (Boxster with RUF's 3.6L swap package) done up like that, with the black script down the side and everything. It is seal grey right now, and a total sleeper. Even the wife is up for it.

How much $$$ to get a quality paint custom job, including wheels and scipt/logos?

You should do a little test, 360CS vs GT3RS and show us the results!

Even if the Porsche is brand new and it may be a better( ? ) car on the track, It's NOT a Ferrari Stradale. May be an Enzo or an F40 could replace the CS in the way it feels when you drive it, but I really don't know. Don't get me wrong, I like and own a few Porsches and I really like the RS but it just cannot beat the sound of the Stradale.

Since the only version of the GT3RS I will be able to afford is a scale model...anyone know where you can get one of those for the orange/black model Mister Elite managed to secure? Does Porsche sell them?

Is that the scale which is about 10" to 12" long? (No comments from the peanut gallery, please). lol

www.porsche.com says the body is 176.9" / 43 = 4.11". Hmmm, not the one for which I am looking.

It is only about 4" X 1.5". I tried to find a 1/18 scale but had no luck yet.

Yeah, 1/18 sounds about right. Post here if you find it. I will do likewise.

Well you would be surprised, a normal GT2 doesnt feel to similar, my car with Motons full reworked, plus with RUF's tuning package making the car sound damn near NA and feel it too, it feels so light and nimble like a 360CS, but its no 360CS you are right ;)
