The correct color is Tungsten...sounds better and more sophisticated than grey, but hell it's grey. I am having an Accufab exhaust and a transaxle cooler put on by the local Ford dealership this week. The last time I was at a track event, I was sitting behind a 512TR and thought my car was turned off!! Ha. Could not hear it at all. Those ferraris...what's a guy to do.
Here is a compilation of exhausts from a Ford GT rally 1 year ago.

Tungsten is a very nice grey/silvery color. I enjoy it the most out of all colors from the line.

That Accufab sounds good in the video can't wait to hear it. I'll be spectating this year not driving, so hopefully I'll get to hear it.

    Hey guys,

New member to this website. Would you mind if a 3.0i BMW Z4 joined in on the run from Statesville to Winston? I have been in the background on this website for some time now and decided to join in. I live in Winston Salem and think that this would be a blast. Do not have a Ferrari at the moment, but have made my way through the BMW lineup. If this is fine with everyone, I will see if my wife and I can make it out for this run.

Hmmmm. June 2. I'll have to see what else I have going on, but I would most definitely like to make it down there for my first Bermuda Run. Maybe with a sports car, even.

I am graduating June 7, after all. :)

I've never done a rally, what is it? Can I use GPS?

GPS won't help at all. The only required equipment is a sense of humor and the willingness to roll some miles on your car.

    This isn't like a hard core time-distance thing. It's a fun rally.

Daniel's correct- you must be willing to do multiple u-turns, brake hard and reverse quickly in order to answer a question on the list (although safer to do a u-turn), and sometimes even park your car on a corner and help direct lost souls and their cars to the proper route (think Scott K of last years Run). I can't wait.

I'll fess up. Scott is actually in charge of the route this year. That should take all the "f%^k you, Daniel!" out of the event.

Leave your compass at home; leave the sextant and knowledge of celestial navigation at home. I have been relieved of my duties, and the kind citizens of Surry county are much safer because of it.

When do you think you would arrive at the Bermuda Run Country Club?

The route goes elsewhere this year. Statesville is the starting place, and Foothills Brewing in Winston Salem is the ending place. We should be at Foothills around noon.

Oh, ok. I will end up there around noon hopefully with a friend, or two if that is ok. I don't care how far I have to drive, well as long as it's in NC :D

So far, the vast majority of the route we've proposed is one that I bicycle quite a bit. I have tried to avoid roads with lots of little annoying rocks....you know the kind that like to flip up and cause chips. I have also tried to find roads that have some decent scenery and cross some water along the way. Some roads are smooth while others are typical mildly roughened country roads...but no problem for my tubular tires on my road bike, that run a massive 23 mm width vs. the GT at 235 in the front and 315 in the back...so no complaints! I don't think we have any areas that will be a problem for lowlying chin scrapes. First part will be fast and mostly straight while the second part will bring you some haripin curves.
I recommend we call the rally the Ricambi rally...that way we honor the most important sponsor, and we can end the rally any damn place we want!

You must tell us before June 2nd if you change it, because no matter what I'm coming to see those cars! As of right now I will be driving around 3 hours, but hey, its worth it!

The test drive occurs tomorrow morning. After that, it'll be committed to ink and paper.

RSVP's have been pretty strong, so we're expecting another fantastic turnout.
Bring your $5 bill, and get ready for some great roads and great fun.

The microbrewery is pretty good too -- and even if you're not 21, there's plenty of good grub for all!

I can't wait to see all the cars! I'm going up there with two of my friends! See you guys June 2nd, I will either be driving a Black two door F-150, Jeep Grand Cherokee Light Blue, or a Blue Bronco.

The route is complete. There are three 'stages' to complete, and should put us into the brewery right around noon.

There are some substantial changes to this year's event, and I strongly encourage everyone to bring the following:

    1. A pencil or other writing instrument
    2. A digital camera or camera-phone. In addition to some cool cars, you'll definitely need one for a particular 'view'
    3. Sharp eyes

    4. A navigator is not essential, but it'll make things a lot more fun.

Total distance is about 100 miles. Time will be about 2.5 hours +/- six additional days, based on my instruction sheet.

    See everyone soon!
