Troubled star Lindsay Lohan has partnered with a vodka company to sponsor her 21st birthday celebrations in Las Vegas this summer.

I still can't figure out why she is "famous" she has been in 2 movies that I have heard of, Mean Girls and the Parent Trap... On top of that she is not even that good looking, a red head to boot. Why are people so obsessed with her?

I want her agent.

I read a report where Lohan's publicists were getting concerned about all the press that Paris Hilton was getting on one sports car enthusiast chat board. Thus, she was forced to up her game.

 

This happens to be the second SL-65 she has wrecked. I remember hearing a while ago that she rear ended a van in one. I am sure someone here will remeber that or be able to find the artice/pictures.

 

LiLo is apparently a product of a really good publicist. She's not real "STAR" material but has had a few fun roles (don't forget "Herbie"). She's "cute" and gets around (she did get "dumped" a while back by "Fez" from "That 70's Show"). It's possible that she's the "normal" one in her family (dad has legal trouble).

Why is she in an SL65?

The salesman will try to upsell her the most expensive car they can. Much like Paris Hilton in an SLR McLaren...

 

She does nothing for me at all.........she looks like someone that has been riden hard........and put away wet. A lot.

 

Precisely. Just like the scene with Nick Cage in "Gone in 60 Seconds". He walks in and tells the salesman he needs to "be somebody". No doubt Lohan is the same - in order to be someone, they need to have the most expensive. Sometimes the most expensive is because it has a powerful engine and limited production - not the best for a young woman with little experience and a penchant for white.

Like the other poster said - she has to up her game to compete with Paris. I can't imagine where hollywood is going. The narcicisstic things these folks do for attention is almost as crazy as the fact that people do give them their doting attention and adulation. I mean - the key to success in hollywood must be to be young and good looking, have an african adopted baby, be involved in various drug/drinking scandals, have at least one sex tape and one set of pics without clothes, and preferably a felony here or there.

 

I dunno.. in general I don't like her, but in that first pic in the set above she looks amazing.

Yes, if you are after noteriety. None are required to be an actor, or a good one for that matter. Look at the top actors in Hollywood today. Which ones act like these imbeciles?

Anyone think it's crazy how these guys video every second of her day?

These websites are out of control.

 

Then again, they only do that because

a) There is a high likelihood of her doing something embarassing to herself, or that will make people laugh, cry, get angry, etc. And that is no fault but her own!

b) They are getting paid $$ for the footage of the above. And the only reason it's worth $$$ is because there are a bunch of doting fans and haters who just looooove to see these folks self destruct.

It's a vicious cycle, but honestly, IMO, the 16-year old ho's of today love to emulate these 'stars', and are generally a massive source of revenue for them. Then the stars in turn just feed them what they expect.

Poss. getting so close that she runs off the road?

Strange that the video shows her every move but they don't have footage of what caused it....

I just wonder how far over the line these guys would go.

 

She has crashed her SL quite a few times. She even crashed the loaner SL they gave her when her car was getting repaired.

She has crashed at least one other as well that I can recall.

 

The interiors are not exactly HUGE either.
