    Nobody is voting Franchitti/Marco ?

It appears Marco has grown up a lot in the last year, but he still needs about 4 more years of growing up to do, F1 would KILL him psychologically. You alomst have to think his dad and his grandpa are doing an awful lot of the setup for him..

Alonso/Bruno Senna. I think that FA will soon realise that this is getting to be Hamilton's team.

My logic as well. I wouldn't be surprised if Alonso wants to get out of McLaren before year end and I would *LOVE* to see him at Ferrari.

Nope. I was a big Alonso fan all these years. My only problem with him is that he doesn't drive a Ferrari.

Alonso at Ferrari would be a winner no question. Hate him or love him but the man car drive. He's the best out there right now.

Bruno Senna? Haha, he's mostly unproven. I would got for Alonso/Hamilton, the perfect driver lineup.

I'm not a fan of the guy, but he would be fast in a Ferrari. Wonder if he will try and jump ship if he sees the team turning into Hamilton's team.

Or he might try to make the jump when Massa or Kimi's contract expires. I think both of them are signed for 3 years, although Massa might only have 2 years left. Anyone know how long Alonso is signed for Mclaren?

I know he's unproven but who could resist the Senna name in a Ferrari. Anyway how proven was Massa before he got the ride?

Massa contract is for 07-08 for $8 mills. per year.
Kimi contract is for 5 years and $56 mills. per year.
Alonso contract is under Banco Santander pay roll and is for 5 years with an other 5 option, Banco Santander sponsorship to McLaren is a 10 years deal Alonso signs for $30 mills. per year.

Ouch. This means Kimi has a bigger base salary than Michael Schumacher?Kimi needs to start earning his keep.

Massa is looking more and more like a bargain. Especially when he wins the WDC.

    Thanks for the info.

You have more credibility here than most anyone. I do not know much about Vettel, but I do like Heidfeld and I have the scars to prove I like Massa. I like your choices.

Curious why you would not keep Raikkonen.

Would be great, but with Honda sponsorship in the IRL, likely he will go to a Honda team.

No wonder Kimi is not motivated. Time for a base salary of 0 and 500,000USD per point.

i've always preferred someone who has Schumi's type of attitude and approach towards racing, while the other teammate, i'f prefer someone who don't give a damn and just drive the wheels off the car....now thats electrifying!

I think all that talk about bonus money is missing the point that the top drivers are already wealthy beyond our imagination. Money isn't the motivator anymore. It is about winning and clinching the title. Which is why I can't explain that Kimi isn't doing more.

Many have hinted at Kimi being an alcoholic and who knows, maybe he is. But I don't believe it for a minute that he'd get drunk into the car. I would also think that he doesn't party over a race weekend (before qualifying, race etc) and I'm pretty sure he works out. So I don't see how the vodka part comes into play. As I said, I don't understand why he isn't driving like he did two years ago.

Once Kimi wakes up, I'd like to see him and Kubica together. Both have flat out speed, but not the great mechanical knowledge. This forces Schumi to come back and develop the car for them.
