Wow, I'm def. coming early next year, say 9 AM? Anyways, 3 of my shots. Tried to shoot for an artistic-type look. A big thank you to all who put this together. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great show! Thank you to Boadwalk Ferrari, Rob & Co., et all....for all their work in putting this together again! Always a treat. Thanks as well to Kurt for the ride in the white Boxer....I'm no longer a Boxer virgin Now I'm sure I HAVE to have one! Makes the newer cars seem so common....not "less" just not as "Ferrari". I just think I'd rather have one that Enzo actually gave his "blessing" to.....personally. Your mileage may vary.....
Today was a lot of fun. I've been to a lot of car shows, and you couldn't meet a nicer bunch of guys than you could have met there. It was a great experience; I'm used to a less mannered bunch. Moreover, I was really surprised, frankly, since in my area of University Park, you really couldn't meet a bigger bunch of antisocial people! No super Ferraris showed up, or a Lamborghini Miura for me to lust after, but the cars that did show up were amazing. I was especially fond of the Lamborghini Diablo (Dryhole), the 512 BB that came late, the azzuro blue 345, and of course, the '86 and '88 Testarossas and 512M. The MC12 in the dealership was by far the biggest surprise. I hadn't seen one until today. Thought it was unusual that it was missing its headlight covers... why? Here are a few pictures I took while there. Since they are links, I'm only showing some of the outstanding ones. http://photos-253.ak.facebook.com/ip002/v72/66/95/18800375/n18800375_31784253_3470.jpg I need shoes that match my car. Nice guy with a great RUF! http://photos-273.ak.facebook.com/ip002/v72/66/95/18800375/n18800375_31784273_156.jpg If you can identify the butt in this photo, you win a prize. And the butt is NOT a Maserati hahaha. http://photos-276.ak.facebook.com/ip002/v72/66/95/18800375/n18800375_31784276_515.jpg http://photos-280.ak.facebook.com/ip002/v72/66/95/18800375/n18800375_31784280_1655.jpg http://photos-281.ak.facebook.com/ip002/v72/66/95/18800375/n18800375_31784281_1935.jpg http://photos-291.ak.facebook.com/ip002/v72/66/95/18800375/n18800375_31784291_9014.jpg

Thanks everyone for coming out. Feel free to PM me with feedback. Boardwalk likes the event and wants to see it grow and improve as I do. The tent was a great addition by them and thank you to Dave, Tillman, Bob, etc. for setting the field up, the parking layout was great. The weather turned out to be great too, I think we lost some entries because of bad weather this week, yesterday, and last night. I really wish some of those cars that stop by would enter, but I understand not everyone can get away for 4 hours. I also know that only entrants enjoyed the free lunch provided by Boardwalk. 2007 Award winners… Best of Show: Don & Carolyn Rose – 1995 Ferrari 512 M Most Miles: Tillman Strahan – 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS (99,200 miles) Best Engine Bay: Rick Nichols – 1987 Lamborghini Countach Best Detail: Val Herrera - 1973 Alfa Montreal Ferraris Class A (Vintage) 1st: Greg Brendel – 1960 Ferrari 250 PF Cab. I don't know why you quoted me, but we took my daily driver there and parked in the parking lot! Only Toyota I saw there! HAHA!
Thank you Rob and everyone who helped with todays event. Yall did a great job organizing the entire show from when we entered and parked, to registration, the tent for shade (marvelous idea!!), plenty of water and ice tea, and that beautiful grass field to show off all those beautiful cars! Compliments to all of you and Boardwalk. Congratulations to all the winners. It was more difficult this year to select the cars as so many in each class were really top-notch! And that Most-Miles trophy should be renamed The Tillman Most-Miles Trophy his car is driven, it looks great, and Tillman has won, what, 4 years in a row? Fantastic! Well deserved, Tillman! Thanks Phil for posting the people pictures it was fun to see so many friends at the show. And I really like the one of my car with the Ferrari Bear and me! And thank you to everyone who voted for my car (and Rodneys wonderful cookies!). I LOVE the trophy!!
Just a couple of my favorite shots from todays event, lots of fun to be had & you couldn't ask for a better day. Thank you Rob and everyone else involved in making this yearly event happen. I love it every time!! I highly recommend getting to the event late or staying till the end, because all these wonderful machines fire to life and roar away. They make the best noises! I am also surprised to only see ONE pic. of the MC12!!!! Sheesh! That thing is amazing. I got several pictures but only on my cellphone camera this year. My account is full but I will be posting many more pictures of it and the others soon. I wrecked my Yellow S2000 in the rain last night coming home late. Only doing 55mph and the backend came around after hydroplanning. So I didn't get to be the only S2000 there like I wanted. Thanks again to everyone involved. Steven
Well, I mean I'll come early and stay the whole day. As for the MC12, I got a few pictures, but I didn't take a lot today since I went to the dealership a couple weeks after they got it so I have plenty of photos of it. I wonder though if that was the same black 599 they had next to the MC12 quite a couple months ago.

Thanks to all involved for putting on this event. What a great way to see and participate in a relaxed gathering of great cars.
Kudos to all....Rob & Boardwalk and those behind the scenes. Great cars, people & weather. Next yr I think I'll bring out something a tad more inspiring than the 328
