Wow. In the first pic, those white frontend clips, isn't the first one for a 355 and the second a 360?

I heard that Kyle Fleming (Virginia Beach parts guy) personally took more vintage Ferrari's to the crusher more than anyone ever. Yikes!

holy crap those are amazing pics, great idea on the desktop !!!

anyone else wonder if Mr Tom S. is on a Gulfstream with plans to buy it all ! :)

the Miura nose alone would be cool to have. BB front clip looks to be early 365, not later 512?

    wow.

ROTFLMAO now that's a good one, we all know there is no way Mr. S. would ever pony up the dough to fly in a Gulfstream. More like traveling steerage on a freighter through the Panama Canal stowed away in the crew's quarters with twelve cases of Diet Coke and a genrator to keep the cell phone charged.

FWIW I have seen more of these grave yards scattered across the U.S. than I care to admit, just makes you appreciate the ones that survive that much more.

    George,

Those are not the parts Tom buys, those are the parts he as well is left with.
Along with the guy with bird on his shoulder from Florida and a coterie of others. The missing parts in those photos is the manna from which they feed. Y.

The Fiat spyder appears to be a first series 124 (at least that was the model number imported to North America) from the early 1960s. Had an egg crate grill and a 1300 cc engine.

So is it to be assumed that these(gte’s) are remains of cars converted to replicas?

Yes, for replica's and for spare parts for better cars.....

I would love to own a 250GTE once! So I think it is a pity that they are used like this, but I also understand that many people need the parts to keep other cars (somteimes rare and prettier) on the road.

But someone should save that Abarth! That is the rarest car there.
