Bump again to help with that.
Ok save me searching threads when after the race can you post F1 related threads as a big fan i always watch it live whatever time zone if i dont catch it i news black out so whats the deal apart from calling it a spoiler sorry to bring this subject up again
You can post immediately, that's not the issue. But you have to put *** SPOILER *** into the thread's title so others are warned.
If a person hasn't seen the race and doesn't want to see the outcome, then he should not be looking on race sites!! That is his responsibility, NOT everyone elses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I certainly have avoided race sites when I have taped races for future viewing, and never had a problem. Should the news outlets avoid reporting on events because a person can't take it upon himself to avoid reports of events he may have taped for later viewing? Individuals should take on this responsibility themselves. Its really not that difficult!!
I bump so that this thread appears on the main page of Ferrarichat so that people who log onto ferrarichat (and not the racing section) still don't see the spoiler. This gives them a warning.
People need to have some level of self restraint. For example, i didn't log on yesterday because i was not able to watch the race. I had it recorded and watched it at 9:00 pm. If i can wait all day and not log onto Fchat so can others. Honestly i don't think this should be as big of a deal as some on here make it out to be.
I agree. The rules are the rules and should be adhered to. Perhaps in a perfect world they would be. That said, this would be the last place I'd log on to if I didn't want to know what happened in a race. Heck, in that situation I don't even listem to VMs or look at my emails until I catch up. That way I avoid good intentioned 'friends' who say things like "I won't give anything away, but you're going to be very pleased with the results."
Stopped raining. Someone go dry that track A wet track clearly favors LH as McLarens are faster at warming tires...
