One day... One day I would like to change my answer to a "YES", using one of THESE...! Ciao, Bill Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'd like to see a vin posted with each "yes" vote. With 40,000 registered users, if 60% had cars today that would be approx. 25,000 cars represented? Seems high.
The current % isn't 60%, it's zero point zero six percent, or well under a tenth of a percent ownership
I'm suprised to see that there are so many people on here that DONT own an Fcar. I think its great that so many people share the enthusiasm
Thanks for the advice! Once I have my Ferrari, I'll advance to living in the garage I buy for it. A house MAY come later.
Can't say I share your surprise. There's thousands and thousands of members here - if they'd all have a Ferrari sales would approach Porsche's numbers, surely. Onno
True, with 44,000+ members here, if everyone owned one that would account for a decent chunk of Ferrari's total output.
If there are no owners on this site, then are you selling all your mats to Honda owners? My rough guess is 60-65% of active (past 7 days) users are owners, which this poll shows somewhat. Now I would only say 30-40% of our 45,000 registered users plus the 30% of our traffic that are unregistered (guests browsing) would be owners. Most of the guests and unregistered users that are inactive come to FChat temporarily for something linked, a picture, or for specific topic. The bottom line that is important to sponsors is who has been active today or this week or this month. No one cares about someone hitting and running, our core community are the active users that come here often to immerse themselves in the community. That group has many owners, many future owners, and are the sponsors best customers.
I look at the numbers as, at least 1/3 of the people here, are potential Ferrari buyers. They are here to learn all they can about the different models and service requirements to help them decide on which model they will buy when they are ready. I spent a few months here before my purchase doing the same thing. **If it weren't for this board, I'm not sure I would have had the confidence to buy and work on my 1st Ferrari.
