    rp, absolutely beautiful!! reminds me of the rosso fiorano 550s i like so much.

    last weekend while having coffee at a little outdoor cafe i got my first in person look at a 599 driving past-- i couldn't believe it! i jumped up to get a better look the other people thought there was something wrong the way i sprang up so suddenly ;) i reassured them that everything was ok save for a supremely beautiful automobile that just passed. it was silverstone.

    later that day i went to ferrari of denver and saw a black one,,,, ahh, it was a good day!

    Thanks to 'The Hawk' for the picture of an unusual 599. Note the leather wrapped rollcage. The roof and body are different colors and the surround for the exhaust-undertray is gray-body color rather than the standard black.

    i'll probably get a lot of grief from everyone posting on this thread, but even after trying to let the 599 grow on me, i just cant get past it. I dont like the front of the car.. the lights and the grill... just doesnt look sporty enough for me. almost reminds me of those Chevron cartoon cars with the headlights as the eyes and the grill as the happy face.. rest of the car is pretty sweet, inside and out... big fan of the flying buttresses too!
