    It's a bit complicated to explain but basically, I selected the colours of the car and the rest was turned into greyscale (not 100% though), then I added a picture of a concrete wall and adjusted the opacity, then lots of little tweaking and finally added 248 F1 specs on the top layer and gave the image a bit of sepia tone. :)


    I use Photoshop. (CS2)

    if you want a good free program that is almost like photoshop get Gimpshop
