Ron, That was freakin close man! Ina Ruth and I are thinking about you and hope you have a speedy recovery. ps - don't skimp on the PT. Painful though it may be, it's worth it.
Ron I can only repeat what many others have written: I was extremely sorry and shocked to read the news, very best wishes to you for a prompt recovery and even though you can never replace the one you cared for so well, I hope you locate an equally nice Boxer...and Ferrari shirt. You have done a lot for the Ferrari community in south Florida and beyond and for this to happen to you is indescribable. Hang in there! Marc
Ron, Whenever you see a friend on the news it's never a good thing. The girls and I said a prayer for you last night. When I told Lindsey what happened she had tears in her eyes, she remembered you from the Boca car show this past winter. We hope your healing process moves along quickly. Sad to see the Boxer go like that but it's much better to have you around than the car. If you get the Ferrari itch let me know and I'll loan you mine.
Wow...crazy mixed up world this is. Glad to here that you are still among the living, I dont think I met you but at least theres the chance that our paths may cross. Much luck with the recovery! And I hope you find another equally unique Ferrari to replace your old one. Eric
Ron, You are not allowed to do this to us anymore, please stay off of I-95 from now on! Glad to hear from you through your interpreter (thanks Gaby). We now know that one of our Ferrari Mentors is still kickin'. Feel better soon, we have the SSF Dinner Thursday night and we don't want to hear that old excuse you can't make it because of some little accident or another! We're not buying it. Just kidding, rest up, we all hope to see you very soon!!!!
At least the timing worked out so that you were not hit while checking your car, things could have been worse! Get some rest and I'll keep my eyes peeled for the gyno-samaritan. BT
Just so everybody knows: The Dinner Thursday night is still a go and at Champs on Cypress ! 7pm and I will be there earlier. Won't be able to bring an F-car. The Z1 or the Mini will have to do.
Dave just called and told me what happened!! i cant believe it!! im glad your alive! Ron, your in my thoughts and prayers! if you need anything at all please ask!!! Cars can be replaced, but you cant!!!
So, this won't be a 'supercar' dinner??? Heck, it may not even make it to 'exotic' status............
Best wishes for a speedy recovery! Very sorry to hear about the car, but am happy to read you are alive and kicking
