I guess Mario Thiessen is a loser as well, because today he stated the exact samething that Ron Dennis said. www.F1-live.com

I won't bother wasting my time since your mind is clearly already made up and nothing I post is likely to change that.

By the way, is winning (and losing like a man) anything like running your competition off the road, blocking the track to end qualifying to save your pole position, or winning by virtue of your teammate moving over for you 100 yards from the finish line? Just curious...

Highly unlikely for the rest of his career but entirely possible for the rest of this season.

Btw, does anyonw know the engine status for the Ferraris and McLarens this weekend? Who has new engines and who doesn't?

Gee I said, and have said many times that LH is very fast, what else do you want me to say? But he is a robot and is doing a great job.

Also there is no way the team are not more behind LH, as they want to see the results of their expensive and long time developing experiment. It's only natural.

Not anymore than making a deal with an estranged top level employee of another team and having your technical director "obtain" a copy of their car's blue prints!!!!

    :D :D :D

By the way, Mrs. Alonso ran Heidfeld off the road in the chicane this past weekend..... Dirtiest move I've seen in a while.

Funny, it was Ferraris that finished in first and second places. Yet there are two German engined teams that imply, they allowed Ferrari to win by exercising bad planning for FA's car? FA had a hard time passing the mid-pack runners, he certainly wouldn't have found it easier up front. I don't think FA had a rats-ass chance of passing Hamilton and he couldn't even keep up with the Ferraris. Did McLaren plan badly for his race strategy also?

I guess it boils down to, they just didn't really care about winning the French GP.

Hey...Maybe Ferrari will get lucky and McLaren won't care about winning the British GP either.

OH!!! Just think of the flattery then!!! :D

This is racing, not a junior high school slumber party.... GET REAL !!!

I think you will find that I've been using the "robot" term longer than most in regards to LH.

LH has not won me over yet, and I have already discussed my disapproval of this sort of training in motor "sport".

Also I find it so very small minded that so many have to hate the opposition to be a Ferrari F1 fan ... You try having a reporter quoting everything you say and see how much cr@p you say, or stuff that you wish you had phrased better :D

Ron talks as much rubbish as Todt does, and any team boss. They are all full of PR ****.

Maybe next time Alonso has a problem in qualifying, Ron can tell him to stall his car on the track and block the path of the faster cars coming up behind.
Oh no wait, I sorry wrong team.

mate, half my family are still in Reading :p

it's when someone like RD has so much positive things he could be rattling on about but chooses to be a pratt with snide comments

I like Frank Williams, he is more of a racer at heart (if he had one :) )

tbh there cant be any ruling or punishment.

so there you are sat at home and the postman delivers you a parcel.
you open it up and find out its form an old colleague.
on looking through you discover to our amazement its data and drawings etc of a rivals product. You didnt ask for it, didnt know it was going to be sent.

So what do you do -
    use it ?
    send it back ?
read through it but change nothing in your own project cos of it (tho the next time u work on something similar u can bet u will remember some of the details) ?
do nothing and wonder what the hell your supposed to do now ?

the other thing is, if you did act on it are you technically doing anything wrong ? you didnt actively ask for this info, you havent paid for it, you didnt send anyone out to aquire it.

gee Nick, Hitler should have waited for the trial if you were the judge :)

ethical people burn that information or at least inform others of it's existence to protect themselves

I still want to know what led Ferrari from Stepney to Coughlan following the search

lol - im not quite that lenient - lol

    in a perfect world maybe
but if you were working in the F1 industry (where pics are taken of everyones cars in the pits etc to try and gleam a few secrets) and you get sent a complete package3 of data and pics etc even if you didnt read/view it would you simply burn it straight off ?

Id like to think i would do something like that, but i simply dont know

    good question.
i can think of a few reasons (see below) but could be well off target.

    i. postal records ?
    ii. phone records ?
    iii. email records ?

could also simply be that someones jumped to the correct conclusion for the wrong reasons.
