    Wow. Sick.

I'm floored by Gretchen Wilson's vocal. It's eerie how close she sounds to Ann Wilson. I'm sure you older guys will agree this is an incredible cover of "Barracuda". I watched it like 4 times. Look close and you'll see Nancy Wilson there, too.

    Enjoy.

That was amazing, thanks. She does sound almost exactly like Ann Wilson. I'm not a big Alice in Chains fan (not that I don't like them, I just never went looking for their music) ... but William DuVall is awesome. Who's the girl on the guitar?

Good stuff. On a slight tangent, this has always been one of my favourites:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AcAn3z7D1Pc

Crazy on You in full 1970s glory...very cool intro by Nancy Wilson and the bearded Les Paul guy and his kimono thing just kills me...then again, there seem to a lof of kimonos on the stage - must've been a 1977 thing.

If you haven't heard their cover of Zeppelin's The Battle of Evermore (as the Lovemongers), please do.

Oh, duh. For some reason I assumed all the instrumentalists were from Alice in Chains.

    Thanks for the post REMIX.

Alice in Chains is the reason I learned to play guitar tuned down a half step :) Layne was an all-time top 10 voice, too bad he got hooked. But Jerry Cantrell was the sound, and that sound is still there.

I was amazed at Gretchen - WHAT A SET OF PIPES! Those are some big shoes to fill on a HUGE song. That's the kind of performance that makes me say, "Now I know why all the kids on American Idol are on that show...they'll NEVER be as good as this." I had no idea she had those kind of pipes, and she nailed it, five stars, three thumbs up, kaBLAM-O!
