destroying the race to get more viewers is not a particularly laudable strategy,
in fact it is rather illogical.
the .us is great in many respects but this is one of the issues often encountered.

You know, I might actually watch that show. That guy singing the Pinocolotta song sounds like he has a really good voice. I liked it.

Thank goodness the 4 race coverage on FOX is over!! Why can't they allow SPEED to cover prerace for 30mins before the race , have the race on FOX, and then let SPEED cover 30min post race coverage of interviews without any cuts etc. Would that be asking too much???

I commented after France that Fox's coverage was not only time delayed, but time compressed, too: In order to make time for the grid walk, they skipped extra laps during the commercial breaks.

(Do the math: three minutes of commercials is about two laps at 1:25/lap On the French GP, Fox would do three minutes of commercials, and return with four laps gone.)

But at Silverstone, the leaders were running such a quick pace, that Fox did the opposite: they'd go to commercial for three or four minutes, and return a lap later.

But that was a heck of a lot of commercials on the last 15 laps.

Somehow, the non-live coverage just loses its excitement.

    Pity I don't have room for a C-Band dish. ;)
