Though, they do not know about this money because all the documents concerning the deposit of the funds are with me, and i am not ready to release it to them, this is the main reason i am soliciting for your assistance to help me move this money out of this country.

Dear i am looking forward to hear from you so that we can discuss on what will be your compensation for this assistance? i have every documents relating to the depositing of the funds.

Please confirm to me the following.

    1) Your Full Name:

    2) Phone, Fax and Mobile Number:

    3) Company Name, Address and Position:

    4) Profession, Age and Marital status.

    5) Scan copy of your identity.

You can call me on my direct number +44-704-5708357 for more details also, i want you to keep this very confidential.

Upon your acceptance i will tell you the modalities and how to move the funds to you in your country. I urge you to contact me immediately for further details if you are satisfied with my proposition because i feel you are in a position to assist me. Bearing in mind the confidential nature of this transaction, for the trust i have on you, i believe that you have the ability to handle this transaction.

    Expecting to hear from you.

    Thanks

ANY random letter from somebody that you do not know and begins with "Dear Friend", is best thrown in the trash or deleted. Don't even bother reading the letter.

Give yourself a fake name and give Ali Saibi the info to the Eye Are Ess. Let the feds have at 'em. :D

Another new scam is people are trying to use relay services (used for the deaf) to order unlocked cell phones, I had one last night but was interrupted by a Sprint operator. She said they were monitoring the call & traced it to Africa, red flag fraud call if there ever was one. (Customer said that he/she was in Atlanta.) It makes me sick to my stomach that people would take advantage of a service like that but it doesn't surprise me in the least.

Hows this for a curve ball to that same scam. From an email bulletin from the National Funeral Directors Association:

Hard to believe but people do fall victim to this. We have been receiving about one relay call per month since the first of the year. They normally want to buy solid gold cremation jewelry and want to give me credit card numbers and have it express mailed out to them. It is really sad as we serve a deaf church in the area, so sometimes it is hard to deliniate between a real call and this crap.
