look at the size of the rotors!!! What are the lights on the top of the steering wheel? I like the stripe better than the CS stripe.
I was hoping they would do something about the taillamps placement but I guess you can't really rebuild the rear end of the F430. The front end looks amazing! 100kg lighter Oh wow, this car is going to kick some serious ass.
in the pics I have seen, does buttress on this new 430 seem a tad bit higher than the standard 430? Probably the same...although it would be interesting to see if they did change it slightly for aerodynamic purposes...
I could live with that interior. Superb. You know what they say; You can live in your car but you can't drive your house I can imagine a 10 out of 10 driving experience with this machine!
You guys gotta check this out. http://www.worldcarfans.com/spyphotos.cfm/spyphotoid/6070613.002/country/ecf/all-new-ferrari-f430-spy-photos I like the current floating pics of the 430 Scuderia rather than this one...and its an optional AWD Ferrari? Maybe this is the new technology of tranmission that could be switched from a rwd to a 4wd by the push of the button? I read about his a while back...
This is a great looking car and Ferrari have a winner here with this one (as they always do!!) I cant wait to see some pics of the actual car on the road and I am looking forward to seeing what it does around Fiorano also. And to think ALOT of you lucky bastards here on Fchat are putting deposits down on these cars! Awesome! Cant wait to see more.
I think the 430 Scuderia looks more like an evolution of the F430 and the one pictured above is an evolution of the 430 Scuderia. It looks very "alien-ish" but I digg both of them!
yes recive this email from Ferrari Owners site The Ferrari 430 Scuderia. Michael Schumacher will officially unveil the car at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The new Ferrari 430 Scuderia will join the road-going V8 line-up alongside the F430 coupé and the F430 Spider. The 430 Scuderia is a truly high-performance 2-seater berlinetta which demonstrates how Ferraris Formula 1 know-how is carried across to its production cars. The new model is a special series based on the F430 and is aimed specifically at Ferraris most passionate and sports-driving oriented clients. Development focused on light weight, minimum trimmings and innovative technology. All this to exalt the cars extremely high-performance and ability to thrill the driver. The new car can count on an extremely low weight-to-power ratio of just 2.45 kg per hp thanks to a low dry weight of just 1250 kg - 100 kg less than the standard F430 and to the naturally-aspirated 4308cc V8s 510 hp at 8500 rpm. Superb performance both on and off the track is assured by a series of cutting-edge solutions. There is the latest F1 software - Superfast which reduces gearchange times to just 60 milliseconds, and new traction control which, for the first time, combines the E-Diff electronic differential and the F1-Trac traction and stability control in a single integrated system. Vehicle dynamics, control and performance thus represent the zenith of Ferraris achievements in terms of developing road-certified sports cars. The 430 Scuderia will be officially unveiled by Michael Schumacher on September 11 2007 at the IAA Motor Show in Frankfurt. Please take a look at the quick time collage i made. Car #5 is a rendition from worldcarfans.com. This is what the next car after the 430 Scuderia would probably look like if it was to be made imo. Quite frankly, the designs flow nicely. http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/4561/374374708dd905ac33eif6.jpg 1-This is because the 360 is round. 2-Then came the 360cs which is more angular. 3-And then came the 430, which is rounded again. 4-Now came the 430 Scuderia, which is the angular version of the 430. 5-Car #5 looks like to me the evolutionary picture of the 430 Scuderia. What do you guys think?
I'm not so sure. Ferrari has designed their V8 lineup in pairs, with two consecutive models sharing distinct styling characteristics: 308/328, 348/355, and 360/430. The artist's rendering of the new car in your collage looks far too much like the already-exhausted 360 lineage (and a stolen Toyota Celica hood, apparently). I think we'll be seeing an entirely new, fresh design for the V8 F430 successor and I'm looking forward to Ferrari's future styling direction!
+1 Glad to see the F430 getting refined - and I hope they get the airbag issue resolved so they can keep selling it here - but the 360/F430 concept is getting old.
good - they finally fixed the front grille openings - just what everyone was complaining about with the intro of the 430
