If she makes it to New Year's day 2008 I'll be somewhat surprised. What a sad waste of a life and opportunity.

 

And the circumstances I read simply defy comprehension. The week after getting out from the last one (rehab + parole).

Was chasing down her former publicist who she had fired just hours earlier.

Said publicist, driving the escalade, just pulled into a parking lot close to the police station and called 911.

The two women were observed "in a loud argument" when the cops came.

There were TWO other occupants in Lohan's SUV.

Wonderful job, I would have to say, from the Lindsay Lohan entourage -

nothing cute about it anymore. i cannot fathom how her friends would allow her to do what she does. if they are friends at all, they must understand there are stiff penalties? maybe not.

this will be drawn out but she will be in jail at the conclusion of the trial. i don't think she has the "paris" factor going for her either...she will go away for no less than 6 months i would suspect.

 

Will Hollywood ever change? I doubt it. Hollywood has been destroying the lives of our young and eager actors/actresses for decades. I see no end in sight.

 

Hollywood friends arent real friends.

Most are just parasites living off the celebs and feeding their egos. The majority of them would never criticize her or say anything to risk offending her Royal Highness.

Then theres the celeb friends and they either A) dont want to get involved or B) think and behave exactly as Ms Lohan does.

I see it all the time firsthand and have lost a couple friends because I tried to 'help'.

It will be very interesting to see if she gets jail time.

 

She is lucky, for if she had hit anyone,
and caused an injury... 20 years +....

 

She won't get any jail time. However, a few "bridge out" signs might save some lives.

She looks like any other hot girl without her make up, some girls really need it more than others such as her with her blotchy skin. Add some make up you wouldn't recognize her

Of course she's back in rehab. An undisclosed location this time. The Mom of the fired assistant ratted her out as she was the one who called 9-1-1 because Lohan was chasing her and the daughter in the white Denali. It'll be interesting how much jail time she does? My guess is she will as this will be like the Paris case and no judge will want to be known as the one that let her off. So much for the SCRAM ankle bracelet.

 

So who's going to drive Herbie the Love bug now?

 

She was probably drunk when she drove Herbie in the movie!
