Rescue Dawn

'Rescue Dawn' finally expanded to more theaters, so I had the opportunity to see it last night. Werner Herzog had previously made a documentary called 'Little Dieter Needs To Fly', so having seen that, I was familiar with the story. I thought it was an incredible movie. Christian Bale dominated every seen. It was great to see a Welsh actor playing a German soldier who came of age in America; another original voice/accent for him. I also gained an entirely new level of respect for Steve Zahn whom I had never taken seriously before.

Bottom line is that its well worth the money, as is the documentary on DVD.
