    Yeah that sounds good DSD :)

    I forgot to mention, next time you try my test as you said, do it for at least 5 mins and also with moderate engine revs so the compressor is rotating much quicker than idle, That's what I did with mine in my picture. Can you re-do the test based with this info when you get a chance and let us know so we can compare? ;)

    Edit...Make sure you also have your car doors closed and the re-circulation turned on also when do try it :p

    Check the temp while driving.

    That's the best test.

    Update for everyone on this:

    So we have my ac blowing cold not real hard. I then hear a sloshing noise and see water in the passenger well and some water spitting from vents. My first thought was clogged drain pipe. Turns out my evaporator had sediments in it. They cleaned the evaporators and air seems to be blowing much better.

    I also received my Car Shade from Griots (the cut is for an 04 but fits an 03 575 just fine.).

    Thanks all, I hope my AC issues are at an end :)

    If your vent temp is 40F or under, that is as good as it gets. On a sunny hot day, the best you can hope for is 20F degrees cooler than the outside temperature. If the angle of the sun is on you, nothing helps much. Try going off auto and throw the fan to high. I have to do this in the 575 and the T-Bird. The MB adjusts the fan to keep the temperature. The former two do not. There is really no way out of that. BTW, I am from DC and I know all about summers there. Please don't try to upgrade something that works just fine.
