Any South Shore members want to join a caravan on the 4th of August?

This group originated with 10 vintage Porsche owners all living south of Boston. Norwell, Pembroke, Scituate, Halifax, Easton, and so on. We decided to start up a "breakfast club" one Saturday morning every month thru the driving season. These are the plans for the first run. The group asked me to extend the invite to any and all European sportscars.

This is going to happen on Sat., Aug. 4th, the virgin run for the "Breakfast Club" We are meeting at the East Bay Grille parking lot in Plymouth, Ma. right down at the waterfront. Meeting time 8:30-9:00 for coffee. Love to have more cars so bring some friends. I have set a neat route through the State Forest and up through Lakeville then down to our destination which is the Buzzards Bay Brewing Co,, in Westport, Ma. Now the great thing about this is that they are having an outdoor festival that day with music, food, etc.They loved the idea of a group of sports cars showing up. I've been talking this day up on Pelican Parts Forum and it appears that there may be a few other groups getting together to meet us down there.I really want to get this South Shore area active so lets kick this thing of right! I would like to have a car count so please let me know . Also, any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated

Sat. is just about upon us. At this point we have 13-16 mixed make sportscars Ferrari, Porsche, NSX's are all in the mix plus some oddball sportscars meeting in Plymouth for the run to Westport, Ma. A group of another 3-5 cars will be meeting us in Lakeville. There are some other cars that will meet us at the Brewery.

This looks like a great turnout, please join the fun if you can.

Meeting at 8:30- 9:00 Sat. morning at the East Bay Grille, Plymouth, Ma.From route 3 take exit 6A , rt. 44. Take 44 east through two lights going through rt 3A at the second light. This will take you down to the waterfront At the rotary go 3/4 around, 3rd rd and about 300 yds. up is the parking lot for the East Bay Gille. There is a coffee shop across the st. for us to refuel.

The brewery is holding an outdoor festival that day with food and live music. They love the idea of some neat cars being there and they are going to comp. us the admission fee for us showing up and are going to park us up at the brewery. Sounds like a great time.

I've been talking this day up on the Pelican Parts Forum as well and another Fchatter posted the event on a NSX website. It would be great to get this South Shore area active so lets kick this thing of right! Also, any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated. Please feel free to invite any other local sportscar owners to join in.
