    Well im considering trading my 01 S4 in for something more Daily/work capable. Ive pretty much come to the conclusion i would like either a Cayenne or a touareg. I know they are pretty much the SAME vehicle but im finding it hard to decide. In some cases the price difference is $10k for a comparable year and mileage. ...Ive also considered the Navigator as an option .

    What im looking for and what will suit my line of work;
    -a larger SUV or Truck (if it meets 179 rule its a + )
    -seats 4 (need two but there will be times when upto 4 people will be in it)
    -towing capacity of 5000lbs +
    -Be a "respectable" vehicle to represent myself and my business in.

    I know if i tell you what kind of business im in, it may lead to other suggestions however at the current time i do not feel comfortable (as in manners not as i lack confidence in what i do) throwing my business out there, as i do not want it to seem as if im using Fchat as a way to advertise or bring clients in, When im actually in FL and have met some of you (hopefully) and lend myself some personal credibility then i will be more open to sharing.

    Any opinions and thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated im trying to make a decision by the 26th.

    I've owned several Range Rovers, including my current daily driver, a 2003 HSE I've owned since new. While the older Range Rovers were somewhat agricultural (but I still have my beloved '89), the Series 3s are wonderful. I recommend it highly. It's the most capable SUV you can buy, but it's still called the "world's best luxury car" by no less than Car magazine. Mine has never stranded me, never had any kind of mechanical problem, and is a delight to drive in toen or on the Interstate. While I haven't had it off road, I have driven it through deep snow and very deep mud. It is also a superb tow vehicle. The engine is so quiet and vibration-free that I sometimes have to look at the tach just to make sure it's running.

    I like the Tuareg V 8 a lot and I would love the V 10 diesel even better, although they had shocker sticker and at the moment I do not believe they offer one, as the diesel engine is going through a re-certification process.
    I do not like the Cayenne because it is ostentatious and because of the excessive weight and fuel consumption.
    The Navigator held a certain classic appeal before they changed the grille to its latest iteration: now it looks like it is imported from China: Navigatol vely vely good !

    I second Jacks suggestion. I have had six of them since 1990. Talk about complete package!!!
