It seems OK. On mine, black is for exhaust valve and blue is for air injection valve.

    I made some more test.
    both solenoid are ok
tested ohm resistance between pin 21/27 on the 5/8 ecu, it is same like the solenoid resistor.
    So no wire cut too...
Can you tell me what parameters are needed for the ecu to decide to open the valve ? like this I could check others sensors or else...
    thanks nico

    Found problem:
Valve did not work because of errors in the ecu
    whater temp sensor error
    solenoid air relay error

made the self diagnostic, removed the codes(put a video on this forum), cleaned wires and everything is ok.
    Thanks for help.

Did you fix the water temp sensor issue?? Mine had a similar problem and the thermal switch on top of the LH radiator was bad and not switching on until about 215 degrees or so. The thermal switch should trigger the left hand radiator fan at 190 degrees.

No infact I did not need to change it because it was my fault...I had 2 plug wire damaged and the car was running bad...before to find the cause I have done so much test that i introduced error codes in ecu !
    now it is ok.
bye and many thanks to this forum

So if you have other codes coming up then the ecu will not allow the bypass valve to open???
