it needs a power supply to keep it going,and i use it in my car as i've got an iPod connector,and i'm just using it in there for now,and going to get the battery changed to see if that helps

though it wsa dropped several times,the last time it was dropped before it stopped working was atleast 6 months prior!!!!

i think the battery's lose or something. or, the power connection is screwed up. either way, if it's too expensive to repair, buy a new one
