    Actually T's are widebodys.

OPTIONAL was to add the widebody onto a R. That is an OPTION. NOT STANDARD FIT. Hence, T are widebodys.
I work with them every day. I see examples as you posted daily.

Very cool that you get to work with them everyday; I'm very jealous of that. What the hell do you do that you get to be around so many cool, different Contis everyday?

I know, and thought I was clear about the fact the widebody was OPTIONAL on the Rs, I had just always believed it was optional on the Ts as well, but you're saying no. So all 322 Conti Ts (96-02) were widebodys as standard fitment? I never knew that.

I'm curious, if you know because I don't, how much wider are they anyway? Are we talking like 50mm or like 9 inches? I know they're a 4 inch shorter wheelbase I presume for tighter handling, but I'm curious to how they do this. [Being around Continentals as you are, I'm sure you've appreciated this juxtaposition more than anyone] If you have a Conti R (regular narrow bodied) next to a Conti T (all are widebodied, per you) then where is it most evidenced to be wider? In the fascia grille or from fender flare to fender flare or in "footprint" of the rubbers? I like the details. Plus I've never seen any source anywhere clearly state how much or where precisely it is most obviously wider. Observers just usually have a general feeling about when they look at a particular unit and say "Yeah, that's a widebody", but it seems as though there would be some more conspicuous denotation. The screen shot I posted earlier, which is a bit cut off, shows the actual difference in the track. 15mm in the rear and 11mm in the front (thats the part cut off). The difference has never been measured by myself or anyone that I know, but the flares on the fender are distinct and obvious which of course mold all the way into the bumpers and door sills. All distinct w/b parts.

Yellow Bentleys are the shiznit! You guys have no taste. Especially the little one. :D

There's something about a yellow Continental T ... it's 100% rockstar, the car is giving everybody the finger and ready to smash bystanders' heads with a guitar just for sh!ts and giggles! A genuine "*uck you" attitude. I love it. It's still 100% british ... just the Who side of britain, not the mustache and double decker bus side.
