nice, seriously had an angel out there watching for ur ass... that was seriously crazy... i'm still boggled at the fact that there was just about NO damage. i know we both thought ur car was toast. $240 a piece for refinishing each rim is bull****... u should be paying about $100 a piece and that includes all the "remachining" and final polishing. glad to hear that u confirmed that everything is just fine. NOT BAD AT ALL for 110mph. my name is Lee, yeah he's alex... his handle is (snags) btw. hopefully i'll see u at the next NYMC meet, in my own damn car... i'm freaking out without a car right now, i need to find the right one... at least i have the denali for now. later bro

 

Did you guys hit a bad pathole too? We went through one really nasty one, no damage though, but it was bad enough for us to check as soon as we stopped.

 

No Hovik, on the way to edgewater I got cut off REALLY badly, had to slam on the brakes at highspeed, and rubbed against the guardrail for a few seconds. its a miracle that the SUV didnt hit me hard, also amazing that I didnt hit the rail harder.

Ed, I know I have a great footage, but the whole editing issue is - how to present so much data in one, neat package. You can waste all that great stuff if you do it wrong. It's much more work then you think - especially when you have footage from 5-6 camera (thanks, guys for sending it all in).

Now that was a sick video, too bad you had music when we were flying by, I want to hear a video of my GT2 fly by, have any you can send? I'll paypal you for pics and video's LOL!! Thanks for sharing!

I wanted to have more car audio in the vid, but I didn't get a ride till last minute.. As I had to lean out the RX-8 the audio is mostly wind. Next time I need to be in a convertible so I can make use of my shotgun mic!

is that an e55? If so, why in the world would anyone put such a hideous front on that car! That front is so 1980.

 

That looks like a CLK series...maybe a CLK55 AMG.

 

Talking about pot holes from the page before, how did you guys like the one when you got off Rt. 80 in East Stroudsburg/Marshalls Creek PA, got onto Rt. 209 for a second, and had to make the left turn to start heading towards Rt. 447? Im not sure if you guys remember, but its pretty much right off 80, and you have to go into the left lane to turn and there is a massive drop.Its bumpy as hell going over it in an SUV, im even nervous about taking my 3000GT over it, I cant even imagine you guys and your Lambo's and Ferrari's with a half inch ground clearence!!!

The pot hole is actually right here in this pic! Cant really see that its a big bump, but you will know when you hit it.
