Nice Shop

I've been posting pics of this shop in the mid-atlantic section for awhile. I thought more people might be interested in seeing them since it's not your run of the mill shop. Full disclosure, i am a friend of the owners and a customer but i have no financial interest. you'll see my fiat 500 in one of the pics. first pics show quite a lineup at the work tables. 5 motor jobs in line. notice the seperate engine dyno room behind. Then a wider shot of the main shop floor. The F40 is on the alignment machine and the CS is on the race alignment table. Most of the guys around here already know about them and i imagine most of you guys wouldn't be able to use them because you are too far away. but if you want to contact them here is the website:

another bay of the shop (they have three). notice 6 boxers! with the one being worked on in the other bay, that's 7. i don't think there were that many at the nationals last year. but the inventory changes daily. bottom pic shows cars waiting to be worked on and customer lounge with large screen. also an interesting alfa race car in the corner. if you are sharp you will also see 3 Abarths in the pics. These are all pics i took today. if you guys are interested in more i have pics with all kinds of cool vintage and modern cars at this shop over the last several months.

a pic i took about 3 months ago. i'm on top of the dyno room. notice, enzo, 2 challenge cars, 2 abarths, 2 212's (one ex-mike hawthorn), boxer, tr, ect. all being serviced. not your average shop.

i think they are having a boxer special this week.

 

15,000 sf so far. Since you are a lambo lover, here is one for you. this one also has my 328 in it and a 355 challenge car. The lambo is a 97 or 98 if i remember. Diablo roadster. hadn't been started in over 4 years. has an amazing 3k miles. all it needed was a couple fuel pumps and tires(flat spotted).

i know, i still have oil in my hair from taking the first pic. just kidding. i heard that car was owned by the count of monte cristo or something.

 

i'm just kidding you, richard was doing an oil change on it and i had to move the oil catch basin and stand under it to take the pic.
