Stopped on our way to Pebble Beach. Stayed at Wynn's for two nights. 106-108 F everyday.

Saw the Penske/Ferrari Store (only nine stores in the world). No pit crew watches in stock. (I know there is an "old" thread in the Nevada regional section.) Different cars now. Dealership is supposed the largest in the world (sell more Fcars).

    http://www.wynnlasvegas.com/main.cfm?s=&ss=

Got my first "break" by owning a Ferrari. Got in FREE by showing my insurace card. Your Fcar key will work also. Saved $10.00 each. Wow. ;)

    No Enzos.

    They had a black 599 2007 with 1447 miles for only $475k.LOL

    8 430 Spiders from $329k to $349k.
    1 430 Coupe for $249k.
    1 360 CS for $205k.
    4 360 Spiders.
    3 360 Modenas.
    1 575M with 6500 miles for $$170k.
    1 456M

    A 1999 Lambo Diablo with 9k miles for $210k. Silver/black.

About the same number of NEW Maseratis as Fcars. the Fcars were all used.

They had a cute little girl who came up and said if I had any questions to just ask her. So I asked why do some of the 430s have speaker between the front seats and some don't. She gave me the name of the guy who could answer that question. Nobody had asked her before. Does anybody know the answer to this?

Indy 500 winners (not for sale) Penske Race Cars
    2001 650 hp 35 gal Helio Castroneves
    1988 720 hp 40 gal Rick Mears
    1972 850 hp 75 gal Mark Donohue

Note that the hp goes down and the fuel capacity goes down with time, but the qualifying times (not listed) went up dramatically. from about 178 in the earliest car to over 220 in the most recent car.

Bought a CD with 75 minutes of Ferrari sounds. Will listen to in the car on our way to Pebble Beach and Monterey.

They would take your picture in a red 360 Spider for $50. At Caesars Palace on $20.00. I will do it for $15.00 only. Such a deal. ROTFL

    Life is good. :D

I went there back in March while out there for my wedding. My father in law and I went there with my daughter while the girls gambled. I really wanted to buy a Ferrari polo or even a T-shirt... what a joke!. Now I am a big guy at 6'5 260lbs but I look 230 (just really big boned..lol) I tried on not a XL which ALL of my clothes are, the 2XL shirts might as well been a MEDIUM. I felt like a fat man in a little coat!...ended up buying nothing. Later that night my bride to be and I went to Ceasars, I sucked it up and forked over the $20.00 for a pic with my little girl and I. I gotta say I fit like a glove in that 360 Spider! I have the pic at work, I have some car guys in my dept who got a kick out of it.

When I was at Penske / Wynn, there was an FXX there. Owned by Roger Penske. I have a phone camera picture of it but don't know how to download it.

Tony, the salesman, told me that the black 599 was used in the movie "Redline" then put in the showroom.

Unfortunately almost all the official Ferrari clothing fits a lot smaller then the size stated. I bought a red Challenege Stradale t-shirt at the Wynn Ferrari store last year. The stated size on it is XL, but it fits like a small on me...and Im not a very big guy at all.

I'll be in Vegas at the end of this month. I'll post up what Wynn had at the time I was there.

PS-they dont allow pictures...but sometimes you just have to be quick ;)

i was there about a year ago and when i went through it was a very small showroom with maybe 5 or 6 cars in it. I remember seeing pictures of a much larger showroom, do they have some of it blocked off?

The real tour is the lower garage. There is about 20-30 other Ferrari's down below. Also the service department is right next door.

I had a great experience my 2nd and 3rd trip to the Wynn dealer. They really are clown shoes to think they are the busiest dealer in the world though. Pure arrogance.

I wil see if my tech guy at work can download it. I took our my phone and snapped and Tony didn't stop me. Becasue he knew I owned a Ferrari and because I set up the appointment, I didn't have to wear the lariat around my neck--either one (owner, customer).

Later however, a guy tried to get a photo with a camera in front of a 430 and the counter girl stopped them.

Like I said, maybe will be able to download tomorrow.

All the cars there are overpriced, but I had a fun time visiting and seeing some Ferraris up close. I wish photos were allowed but oh well. The window into the maintenance area is cool too

Heh a summary of the entire place. Charging to enter the showroom is insane. I've only heard of bad experiences there and reading their webpage is a nauseating. Their prices are equally out of touch with reality.

Yes. They were fixing (or trying to fix) the top on a 360 Spider. 2 guys. They looked confused to me. :D

    Yes.

She's a little girl and doesn't know anything about the cars, that's why nobody asked her.

Oh.. you meant about the speakers!? I will guess that there are options for different stereo upgrades.

No you dont. Its down below and they take you down there if you want. Its actually quite amazing when you walk into the showroom below and see 2 rows of 50+ exotic cars lined up. You can see a short clip of the Wynn showroom below in this "Redline" movie trailer. I took a snapshot from the video for you....

I had a BLAST when i went. HATED being charged to get in and not being able to keep the badge. My favorite part was going downstairs and looking into the shop and walking thru the showroom. Seems like people dont realize its all down there. If you have the means I HIGHLEY RECCOMEND.

I still believe they should have put the ONLY Ferrari dealer in Las Vegas somewhere off the strip. It is entirely too inconvenient for the local buyers. I am totally understanding for the people who work there if they are described as desensitized or obtuse to most. Being a local, I would like to give my business to the local dealer, but I just can't stand going down to the strip. So if I am in the market for a new Ferrari, I will most likely go somewhere else out of town.

It is surprisingly easy to get into the showroom for free, even if you don't own a Fcar. Wear nice-ish clothes and show them a picture of an F430 on your phone. I got an "owners" badge and was able to walk around everywhere. And, I was only 16 at the time. :)

+1 on the clothing sizes. I have an XL polo that Ferrari sent me several years ago that is like a small and I usually can wear a medium. Even the clothes I bought in Maranello are sized that way. I won't buy anything without first being able to see how it is sized.
