I went into a local diecast Shop today, and my jaw dropped when I saw this for $30.00... so it came home with me... Image Unavailable, Please Login
There you go...out of production for years....my local Flea market had a few....... I have them ALL........ You done good!
Open it!! Take more pics!! Can't you here it singing "I gotta be freeeeee... I gotta be freeeee!!!"? I have been so close to buying some of those, but have never held a Jouef in my hand to see the quality first hand.
They are good, as contemporary to the BBBurago era.........no where near the detail of the modern scale models, but as mentioned for the price point I think a good value.. He has the street version....LOL! They have race versions, two red, one green, one white/blue, one yellow.....
Comparable to the BBurago's eh? Then if I find some within that price range I will be snapping them up!! Thanks Tex!
Just checked ePay... cavallinomodels has three of them right now at over $100 each! I'll pass on that and find them cheaper soon enough
Well Tex... if ya find one in that (his - not cavallino's) range... hook a brother up!! You will be reimbursed for your time and trouble.
I thought they were going for about 50 so when I saw them on ebay for $100 up, I was pretty dang happy. Thanks for the comments

I myself have 4 in different variations,sooo... I hate to be the one to bring the "news" to everyone, but these models are total crap. YES, EVEN FOR THE TIME when they were made. They are way worse than Bburago of the same era. If you compare all the factors, like you could find Bburago Ferraris on most gas stations in Europe and basically every store. They used to cost $20. If you consider then the quality of the models, they (Bburago) were ten times better than the economy Superamerica from Hotwheels sitting at home, with the color of the hoods not matching the color on the rest of the car, lack of any instruments (guess they save money from the decal) and the lack of engine whatsoever. And we are comparing a B model from 20 years ago with a HW model of today. Now since I've said this lets get back on topic with the 330P. Their fit and finish are horrible. You can probably achieve just as good of a paintjob with a brush. The detail throughout the model is really really bad even for a model from that time. Not to mention that they have the worst decals ever and that sometimes the model arrived with one of the rear wheels fitted with a front tire....... They keep their value because it is the only model ever made in this scale, save for the resin museum kits. I , personally believe the 330 P cars to be some of the most beautiful cars ever (if not THE most beautiful) and it is an absolute must for any model collector, regardless of the quality. In order for them to be on par with the rest of the models in your collection they need a lot of work and modifications. I believe there is a thread here somewhere dealing exactly with this. However, getting one of this models in the condition you got yours for $30 nowadays is a great find. If I knew what they would sell for today I would have bought the entire stock of my local hobby shop when they had hard time getting rid of them at $20 a pop. Well, I guess a lot of things were different in '96..................
It is too late tonight but tomorrow....... Ps lat me check I may have some actually Here are also 3 GTOs '62 is HW '64 are Guiloy (roof spoiler) and Joueff (long roof) Joueff made the 330P 3/4, 412P, 250 GTO, 250 GTSWB and the 288 GTO Evoluzione, which is an absolute POS and I am in the process of converting it in something that I can actually look at without gagging. and talking about mods................
You think they are crap? Thats to bad... but why do you have so many, you gotta love them a little bit ? I collect them because of what they are. Its not always about the detail or build of the diecast... its just because its a Ferrari.
