    It was nice to meet you at the Concorso, Bee Jay! You and your wife had all smiles when you were behind us in your car (by downtown Monterey.) Be happy that you took Highway 1. Our FCA F-Car group was being hunted by the CHP the entire trip up the 101.

    I installed my new Ford Probe engine cover struts yesterday. Damn they work good. It's like Viagra, pull the hood release, it rises on it's own. Get's up and stays up. One more thing on the list checked off. I still can't post Concourse pictures yet, it takes 48 hours to upgrade to silver. Armen and Ross took a few pics. Maybe he can post here for me.

    Good man Bee Jay. It was very nice meeting you and your wife. Sorry I have not been able to post any pics, been working late since I got back (personal computer is at home with all the pics). But I took some pics of you and your wife at the track and the 348 too, will try to get them out in the morning. Being there for 4 days among other F-chatters (Vince, Craig etc...) and the cars was an absolute joy. Saw Vince in his Black 348SS on the way back on the 101, the traffic and the SUV's were killing him. Finally we got some open road at the end.

    You guys have to hear the story on that green 348ts. That is a December 1992 production (verified it myself). The car is almost brand new. It has the tall plenums, so it has to be a Euro 348 GTS, but legalized here. Originally registered in Germany, for the owner of Samsung. The odometer shows 19,xxx miles, but the inside is absolutely new. And by the way its for sale, for about 60K. As far as I remember its from Utah, Steve Harris Ferrari

    I still remember the excitement of the arrival! Most of Miami had no power due to a Hurricane and when that truck arrived with my Ferrari the lights just went on in my neighborhood! It was something from the Gods! I was so happy I felt guilty. Guilty because of all the things that were going on in the world (hurricanes, terrorism) and here I was delirious over a 31 year old car. I am still smiling today.

    That thing was so tricked out. Carbon Fiber everywhere, big brakes, drilled rotors, plenty of engine mods, race seats. It was like an F40 with a BB body. It was definitely one of my favorites.

    Seeing the Speciale next to me I am now convinced that I have to repaint my car completely white. Rear deck and all. And I have to find those carbon bucket seats...
