A clean looking car by most any standard, but I'm sure there are some exceptions to point out -- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ferrari-365-GT4-BB-1974-Ferrari-365-GT4-BB-Berlinetta-Boxer_W0QQitemZ290153914019QQihZ019QQcategoryZ6212QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem I've no affiliation with this car and all the other stuff I'm supposed to say. Just sharing the link to help educate all of us.
Well worn for sure. The exhaust is wrong, I cant say for sure but it looks like the valance was cut away under the tips to fit the larger 2 tip setup.
The car is in Portugal and it has the same VIN# as the one that Michael Sheehan is representing on his web site for $179,500. http://www.ferraris-online.com/pages/carintro.php?reqcardir=FE-365GT4BB-18201 Hummm...... who would you prefer to work with when buying a car from Europe? Sheehan or a eBay seller with a feedback rating of "3"?
Isnt that the car offered by GTC for a few years ? If its the same , i saw it in Marseille in April 06.
This discussion and revealing info is how F-chat membership gets repaid a few times over. You don't always have to agree with everyone's 'opinion' but when the facts pour out along with helpful, experienced advice givers, it makes it very worthwhile. Shoppers take note. NEWMAN! Any info on that $122k CDN Boxer?
35K on the odometer, all books, tools, service just done at dealer, solid red on black interior with leather option. Car looks very nice and doesnt leak, has 365 sport headers and 2 can ansa system. Mint XWX tires, spinners, blah blah blah.
I told Lady Valeria just last night we could make our budget balance if I started robbing a few banks......... Just every once in awhile, on the weekends.......
This from the guy with 10 308's. Sell em all in one big blow-out sale and buy a boxer, your life will be complete once you join the brotherhood
I'd have to have them all actually running........or even better, running and moving..... I'll take them all to Vintage Motorsports and get you on the phone, maybe that'd work........I need to keep ONE, to match the Boxer! LOL! What's US/Canadian exchange? What's that ask in American money??? *Looking in wallet, moths flying out* All these 308GTBs came looking for ME, scratching at the door so I let them in!
I promise not to try and single-handedly corner the carb 308 market, now THAT would be greedy! Please, sell 7 or 8 of them, which should get you the down payment on the Canadian Bacon Boxer and just go for it. Have Valeria call me - - If I can't convince her, at least she can't pull me through the phone and hurt me. Who knows, maybe you let her sniff your fleet's reeking exhaust for a few minutes and she'll agree to anything!
Newman is stretching the Truth there, I only have three... So 3 x $30K still leaves me wishing, instead of fishing!
down-stroke, finance balance, make it happen rather than kick yourself 2X hard next year. Im glad I got on the train when I did.
Beware, odometer reading is in KILOMETERS, the "scammer" fill it on eBay "as is" in MILES, did not even converted it !!!! Even on his Service History he states 53'336 Miles... That's KILOMETERS not MILES !!! I doubt that a true exotic car dealer would let such an important detail go by.... $1'000 deposit on a $179K Mike Sheehan valued car ??? Hmmmm, smells fishy... Cheers CH
I wish my odometer was in Kms and not miles! I hoped upon hope when I got it because the owner wasn't sure. The 53336 Kms shown - if that's the case - is around 33,068 miles, so 'good news' to the buyer who was expecting otherwise.
I thought all the odometers were in kms, including those with the MPH overlay on the speedometer? Hudson, does yours actually register in Miles? John
I checked it on the Interstate mile markers and was sorry to see my positive intention fade. It does indeed record miles. Others with same out there? Sorry for the hijack, but the question was brought up about the 365 thread topic, so...
