Assuming all records, all work done ( corrected all issues or potential issues) excellent condition
how much is the wholesale or low end of the market for a 1995 355 spider.
I'm looking for a great deal.

ALL issues??? valve guides, headers, sticky pieces, airbag cover, bolster, melting lights/grill, new cats, potentiometer, speedometer, leather shrinkage, engine bay fire recall etc?

i'd say anything under $75k would be an amazing deal

Well, its a 1995, so you've already selected the loudest and most powerful of the crop. I'll side with Mastercard and say they're priceless.

This is almost purely hypothetical, when I was looking I didn't see any cars with ALL those things done! Obviously they are out there...but if the owners love them enough to take care of all that stuff I don't see why they'd want to sell :D

Looked at this Ferrari. Couple of years ago spun a bearing. Smashed windshield. Not sure about the quality of repair. Owner could not afford bill. Repossessed by insurance under a mechanic's lien I believe. Lot of stories come with this car!

Just proves once again YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. There are no deals in Ferrari land, you will have to pay up for a well sorted well loved car, the cheap ones ALL have issues and stories.

Decided against it due to miles, missing parts, 2 month owner, newer f355's for same price-
end of season, strong buyers market, and not sure the black is the color i want- red/tan is growing on me!

its all you! Good luck on it

the ebay car looks like a steal to me:
    records? check
    valve guides? check
    headers? check
    belt service? check
    potentiometer? check
    airbag cover? check
    no bubbling? check
    bolster? not bad, cheap fix.

i'd like to know about the better deals that can be had

I'd like to know where you're going to get a better deal than that. I doubt it. This car would seem to meet all your requirements, (and they are tight). If you're a real buyer, this is a good candidate; or are you just a tire kicker?
