    Hi Jon

Hope you can help just doing the wiring for the window motors but unfortunately do not have the wiring looms that attaches them to the main loom, hoping you could show me a pictures.

    Best Regards

    Jon -

Maybe you've already done this, but if not, could you post a few photos of where the engine and transaxle/transmission numbers are stamped? I have had one heck of a time locating them on my Dino. Thank you -

    Jon -

Thank you for your reply. I searched the postings and found the engine number photos, but I couldn't find anything about the transaxle/transmission numbers. I would appreciate any information. I hope you are having a nice vacation!

Post 951 has the engine number that you seek (for others' future reference when they search)
    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showpost.php?p=136341210&postcount=951

For the transaxle numbers they are near the sump, so drive old #4456 over to Keith's lift, hoist it up and look as this post shows you how to do:

    Hope this helps!

Jon------would you get your restorative butt back here-------do you have any idea how many individuals are hanging on your every post?
Watching you bring a "reborn" Dino into the present, is truly magic and of course, a real treat.

OK Jon, enough vacation. We're all here in the garage awaiting the next update:)

Just kidding man, you deserve whatever vacations you choose:)

(would this be considered a "bump"?) IT IS!

    Cheers, Hank

    Hi

Really am envious of your resto, is the engine you show just a mock up for photo purposes, otherwise you may struggle to get the cam chain tensioners in!!

Would also show some caution of those air filters too, from what i gather over here the middle carb tends to get starved of air in this set up.

Sorry I took some time off. It got too hot in August and September then my wife and I have been riding our bicycles from the Oregon border back to San Diego. We have 4 days to go then I'm getting back to work. Yes the last photo of the engine had some parts just set on for photo purposes. I'll be back on track in about a week. I hope to see Corbani driving the winding roads of the San Marcos pass tomorrow. We will be climbing the pass tomorrow and should be at the summit about 11:00 am if you are out there Corbani. I am getting a little antsy about getting back to work. And to top things off, this is the first access to a computer in 2 weeks. No Ferrarichat till now. See you all next week.

    Sorry Jon,

Didn't read your note until 4:30 on Thursday. Would have loved to meet you at the top of the pass. Good place to cool off after quite a climb. Havn't checked your site too often since you have been on vacation. Give me a call when in the area. In the book. We will get together one of these days. Look forward to you getting back in the Dino saddle again. It is a great adventure. Thanks.

    John
