For me, it was/is Uro's post on how to properly use and adjust your mirrors. Best thing I've ever done for improving my visibilty and safety while driving. Why this stuff isn't taught in Drivers Ed is beyond me.

    Thanks Uro!

Speaking of UroTrash and mirrors, he once posted about performing his own vasectomy. It really is that easy! Thanks Uro!

Ferrari owners require less maintenance than their Ferraris. In either case, they're very nice, though the Ferraris are better looking.

I mean that in a manly way. Not in an effeminate manly way, but in a he-man manly way. Not in a he-man high-heel-wearing lumberjack way, but, in a brotherly way. Not in an brotherly love incestuous way, but...

    - Alot of F owners have poor grammar and punctuation skills.

    - Non-F owners seem to know more about the cars than the real F owners.

    - Don't look at the pretty girls or REAR ENDS thread when your girlfriend/wife is around, because looking at cars is 'bad'.... looking at cars AND bikini girls is even worse!

Someone on this forum recommended "The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman. That book gave such a great description of globalization and the world economy, and it made me really think about how I was living. It enhanced my perspective on a lot of different issues facing my industry (technology/Internet). From both a personal and business standpoint, the recommendation was invaluable to me.

Also, Uro's mirror thread blew my mind. ;)

As a graduate of modern schools, you and they might want to hit spellcheck. That is all it really takes. As to the difference between owners and non-owners. Stay with the girls, keep believing you know more than the owners, keep denigrating the owners. Guaranteed. You will never have to worry about being one of them

My post was meant to be funny and a bit sarcastic, not 'denigrating the owners'. Sorryyyy!

    Another thing I've learned....

    - Some F-chat members don't have a great sense of humour.

I learned to always oil your rotors after washing your car. It keeps them nice and shiny! :)

Why it is that buying the lowest priced Ferrari of a certain type in the marketplace will probably be more expensive in the long run.

There are some great threads here on fchat on what to look for when doing a PPI or your own inspection of a specific model and year Ferrari.

I guess 1 thing I've learned here is if you're going to lie about owning a Ferrari, make sure the owner isn't on this board. :p

I still don't know how to make certain words in a post bold/italics/bigger/etc., or those weird smiley faces that PAP uses.. newbie here.

I'll have to check tomorrow for you, but Pap did recently link to a post of his where he showed the codes for the smilies.

    I believe bold and italic are [b ] and [/ b] and [i ] & [/i ]. I think the size is . Without the spaces of course.
