I'm pretty sure that's LVErics home to the right. You see the big dirt lot to the north of Erics home? There was a video posted once of LV Eric in one of his Diablo GT-R's taking off and spitting up dirt/sand and merging onto the road. I think it took place right there where that dirt/sand lot is..

    I could be wrong though

Eric is in the catalog business targeting subprime borrowers not in the mortgage industry.

That big patch of land (26 acres I thnk) is owned by a very famous Vegas singer.
The one with all the palm trees a couple houses from that is Mike Tysons old house

Primm ownes the city when entering NV from CA with all the casinos etc..

the funny thing is my house/compound is by far the biggest in the block infact its the 2nd largest home in Vegas, and I'm worth maybe 10% or 15% of what my neighborhs are worth, go figure. I lucked into that deal I have zero shot of doing a estate like that from the ground up. I got a distress sale for .33 on the dollar 3 years ago. It was blind luck.

my back is still bad, the past few days have been good but the week before I was at home all week, not in vegas i really dont like it there-its a jobsite. My house I live in elsewhere is 2000 feet, the mansions are a pain in the ass. my back problem hasnt been diagnosed, the operations were successful and necessary but didnt solve the pain problem, i'm not getting worse and am some what functional some of the time, I'm going back to Europe after the F! race in Brasil and going to new Drs. for muscle disease, its not cancer etc we checked all that out. I love Europe and am going to live 5 months a year there I did this past year and hopefully will from here on out. I need a good estate manager-seriously. So I can be gone out of vegas much as possible, i only spend 3-4 months a year there now, i spent more time when I was building the biz. but i dont need to be there, it sucks.

It's hard not to be extraordinarily envious, but I commend the ability to accumulate such vast piles of wealth. Enjoy it all in good health.
