The 360 looks better than either the 430 or the 599 IMVHO. The 599 will eat the 430 and 360 for lunch. Just a fact. Performs the way a Ferrari 12 cyl should. Not a poser. Looks are subjective. To each his own. the performance of the 599 is awesome. My only problem is it's not a Spider...maybe another 599 SuperAmerica? Or just dreaming.
I like the look of the 599 but prefer the look of the 430 spider (being an owner of one makes me biased). I am familiar with the power difference but has anyone gone through winding roads (twisties) where they can see a difference between the 599 and 430? Thanks
For sure you can feel the agility difference on a racetrack (the 599 is after all 600+ lbs heavier), but I would imagine even on a very spirited street drive the two are not that far apart. Gary
I believe the reason for the added attention was mainly because it was the first time most of all the owners have actually seen it in the flesh as well. IMHO, the 599 certainly grows on people.
You are right, and it definitely grew on me.. But IMO F430 still looks way better, and Challenge Stradale better then ALL! There is no standard, taste is subjective
In terms of looks, I think the 599 beats the 430 by a wide margin, but the 360 still beats the 599 by a small margin.
i think the F430 looks agrresive like hell, a car that u wanna take ur chic in for a ride to the club. the 599, you use it to take Nadia Bjorlin to the Grammy Awards. it looks so sleek, sexy, classy, professional, and sporty edit : but Tom Cruise might take away the spotlight away from you with his Veyron
I think it's remarkable that one car manufacturer can produce 2 current models that are very different from each other and can stir up such strong emotions from really serious car guys, with many loving one and hating the other. Don't take it out on each other for having opinions. Respect Ferrari for being able to create 2 such serious animals...

I'll probably get beat to death in this thread by my comment...but I really think the 550 has better, more classic Ferrari lines than the 599 or 430.
Great. Another owner who has shared much information with this board being driven away by a non-owner (non-driver?) spouting opinions and expecting them to be taken as fact.
I hope that is not true...I used to "treat" people and the first you learn is getting angry reveals fear. Fear makes you feel weak and anger provides the "illusion" of strength. Anyone unable to accept anothers opinion is simply threatened and reacts accordingly. Let the "nasty" ones eat themselves up. Most of us visit this board because collectively we help our Ferrari Community. Of course we have differing opinions, but most are sincere and desire to add to the discussion. The internet has brough with it consciosness without responsibility, and there are those too young and/or immature, who act out with impunity. They may be a distraction but should not ever derail us. As for me, I can afford both the 430 and 599 and believe the 430 looks better and for the street, is arguably the finest daily drive I have ever enjoyed. Yeah I like my Bentley, Porsche, and drive my Z-06 like a teenager, but at the end of the day, I truely enjoy my 430 (yes - I have driven the 5599). Best
