It is posssible.
Do you want the whole thing i.e. exhaust, brakes, steering and suspensions? This will be very expensive. But, especially if you want specific parts such as suspensions (the CCR brakes account for half the retrofitting cost) you might be able to source them through companies specialised with Ferrari spares such as Ricambi.
